iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives. He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku. Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

Nice knife set
Imarku customer service made good on a wrong order. Knives are very sharp and look nice. Quality appears above average but will take time to see how they hold up. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Great products and customer service!
This is a great company and I will order from them again and again! I absolutely love my pots, pans, and knives. Plus this is the best customer service I've had in a long time!
I just recently moved into a new built home when I made my purchase online and our address hasn't been showing up in some systems. When it was time for UPS to deliver the status kept showing delay. So I reached out to Imarku's customer service and gave them another address to use and they contacted UPS to update the information and I finally received my order yesterday! Great customer service!

These are the best knives I’ve purchased. Everything is perfect- weight, sharpness. I appreciated the discount for new customers and I received my 3 knives (chef, santoku & paring) within a week.

Customer service is beyond exceptional
I am changing my 1 star review to 4 stars because, quite frankly, they asked me to, and they deserve it. Although I am still disappointed they charged my account, then notified me that my order was out of stock, then I had issues with communication... I have to admit, their customer service department alone is 5 stars. Regular communication with me once I filed my complaint with PayPal and a quick refund once they realized I wasn't budging on my request instead of settling for a different product has truly been outstanding... exceptional in fact in this day and age of AI (Maybe it was AI and that's what made it so good??? It sure seemed like somebody who cared about their company's reputation.) It has been so good that I am actually considering giving them another chance (ask my wife if I have ever done that!).

The first experience with imarku knifes…
The first experience with imarku knifes I had through Amazon order and was very impressed with the design, ergonomics, and quality of the product.
Chief’s knife was the cooking knife I was looking for.
I also wanted to purchase two additional knifes (santoku and paring knife). But did not find any options of buying individually on Amazon. So I went ahead and purchased those knifes from imarku directly.
Unfortunately, they sent me a cleaver knife as opposed to santoku.
After few emails back and forth the issue was solved and despite them having no stock of santoku knifes in Canada they shipped one from USA promptly.
As a bonus they allowed me to keep the cleaver knife that I received by mistake.
Once again, the quality of the knifes is far beyond the expectations and honestly is perfect match of quality/price ratio.
Highly recommended.

Master series 7 inch santoku knife
Have several imarku knives never a disappointment did I really need the master series santoku knife probably not but glad I got it. Love it finding uses for it every day Imarku knives cut well and hold their edge for the price well worth it.
