I've ordered on this website at least four times and every time they delivered within 5-10 minutes. Honestly, if you want your items quick you need someone that is good at customer service, one person i know that i usually go to is Matt who is very nice and always delivers.

the operator was nice when i had gotten my ign wrong. it was a quick fix and they were on i. delivery was witihin mintues of purchease very reliable.

I had two great experiences with them, purchasing WoW gold before. But it seems like the higher the quantity you buy, they completely ignore you.

They advertise "Less than an hour" delivery, and it is going on 4 days now. I have sent 4 emails, attempted to call a number that doesn't exist, and attempted to speak to someone twice on their "24/7" IM chat. Nothing!

Luckily, I will be reversing the charges on my order. Screw them.

I had purchase 70,000 Gold on World of Warcraft Kil`Jaeden US.

The website had indicated that the stock was there. So I purchased and waited a few hours. Nothing -- I decided to contact their "24/7" support. Support was NOT available. I contacted support again in the morning and was told :
"[23:39:31] Catherine: so sorry for your inconvenience, but we are out of stock now. and I suggest u come here and ask us again when u are available in 8~10 hours."

So being unhappy with it I decided hey I'll wait 8-10 hours. I contacted yet again in the morning and was told the EXACT SAME THING. At this point I absolutely demanded a refund because of this unprofessional fraudulent behavior. You tell a customer on your site that the stock is there when they purchase, however, after finally receiving support you find out they sold something they didn't even have -- Definition of fraud.

This website is terrible and I urge you to go to someone else and not these goofs. Disgusting to advertise these things across your website and not even honor it. I'm in the middle of charging back my money as they won't refund.

At least you got a real review instead of all these fake @$$ reviews below.

" They will try and not give you your gold after they get your money...and when you press them for it and turn them in to paypal to get it they will report you to wow!( I had a message from Blizzard in my mail the morning after I got my gold) I got it but it took me pestering the crap out of them and they lied and said it was out of stock..but when I filed with paypal they all of a sudden had it instock...even then I had to stay on them...not worth it...and you could lose your wow account because of them."
