The Skype person Judy stayed with me the whole time while I was waiting in game. Although the wait for the trade did take a while, Judy did offer great service.

The process was quick although you need to verify your card with a few photos (obviously censored).
Overall it was a good transaction.

This site used to be good as recent as two months ago but has since been taken over by scammers! They advertise low prices and fast delivery but they take your money and RUN. They copy and paste a generic broken English responses to chats and emails "So sorry we are unable to provide gold, please arrange for us more time" and then they close the chat on you before you can respond. The number is disconnected. Save your time and money, don't use them!

This website is completely full of lies. First, it takes forever for them to deliver my gold. Right now I have waited for 2 days, and still got nothing. In addition, the customer services certainly don't speak English. All my response is copy/paste, and they never talk to you! Be aware of this awful company, and don't buy anything from them. Right now my 100 bucks is wasted!!!!!!!!!!!!

The directions on the website were simple and clear, there were plenty of contacts and the first one worked. Took less than 15 minutes from paying to delivery, really satisfied.

When i say fast i mean less than 10 mins which also means less time worrying about when you're gonna get it, it was a great simple and fast transaction, Trustworthy as well as I have been a customer for over a year. +rep!

Bought WoW gold from imbuygold.com and they kept saying out of stock even though on there website they say gold is in stock... Waited and waited and got same copy pasted responses over and over... come back in 8-10 hours. I would say worst customer service and false advertisement. Demanding a refund but doubt they will send one.

I got on their website, asked if there was gold in stock on my server, and surely enough there was. Berenice told me, from customer support, that they could hook me up with a discount if i added them on skype. I took the chance, added them, and surely enough I did get my discount. After I put the order in, with the discount and all, it was not long before my gold was delivered. Overall, I'd say this website is a great seller, and I know I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future. Special shout-out to Berenice, hopefully the rest of their customer support is like them.
