Never received item or refund

Ordered pistons over a year ago. Have never received anything and didn’t get any response to emails. Waste of time and money

I am sorry that you never recieved your order.

We are a very small team, of 1 full time member (myself) and 1 part time member.

We let you down, by not replacing the missing goods, however I would urge you to get in contact with us, as it is difficult to monitor thousands of orders, being a small team.

If you would like to give us another go, I would be more than happy to offer you a discount on any of our products.

Your goods were shipped via Royal Mail 48, which is in our opinion, a standard delivery option.

We offer Royal Mail 24, which would have been faster, however you did not choose to upgrade at the time.

We also do offer free shipping, when users create an account and spend £100+ (currently)

However we do not offer free shipping for orders under that value, unless you are a member, and have placed a significant amount of orders prior.

We will look to upgrade our shipping services, I thank you for your feedback.

Kawasaki Z1300 piston kit

Quick shipping and good quality piston kit received . I’ve used both the 0.5 and 1.00 kits for the Kawasaki Z1300 in the past and they work well. Clear instructions for piston to cylinder clearance attached.
