If I could score naught I would. I put a bad report on here a few weeks ago and they responded asking me to email them, I did. They didn't even have the decency to reply. I urge you please don't use them for Canadian eta's, they charge £424.00 meanwhile it should only be £8.00. It is robbery.

I thought I was on the British site for an ETA but somehow ended up on this site??? instead of the 20 pound fee on the British visa site, I was charged 5 times that amount on this site i.e. 100 pounds. Complete money grab..

This site is a total scam and money…
This site is a total scam and money machine stay far away from it. They are working with UK Visaportal to issue some ETAs to England that cost five times more than on the official GOV site. After a lot of hassle I got my money back but they won't delete my payment details so I'm changing credit cards as I don't want to risk anything.
Here is an update from me after the response from Immi Assist: The money has been refunded, I have closed my credit card and I have received an ETA on the official GOV.UK site for a fifth of the price at Immi Assist/UK Visa Portal. These two websites are run by the same company whose main purpose is to scam money from ordinary gullible people who unfortunately stumble upon their websites. My advice to those who fall into the trap and want their money back: Be persistent, write a review on trust pilot, keep going and there is a chance of getting the lost money back. I am pretty sure that there are several more websites run by the same company, so be careful out there.

I ordered Visas today and thought I was on an American site! Pure deception from this company into making the site look American! Have asked for refund but won’t hold out to much hope! I will be contacting my credit card company if they refuse refund. Disgusting to mislead people and especially when they have a serious illness like CANCER!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!
Disgusting service!!!! I email as suggested and get taken around the houses!! You reply at 5am UK TIME knowing people are in bed!
This should have been blocked and not put through and you should be refunding the amount to what a esta normally costs!! To put someone with real bad health through this is SHAMEFUL!!!!
