Great job with this project

Flawless website easy to navigate

Immmiassist charged USD$112 for the same service available on the Nepal government site for USD $30 and this was not for any "rush."

I thought the payment would not be processed until passport and visa photos were uploaded as those items are required for the government visa.

The charge was only disclosed on the final payment page in VERY small font and there was no immediate way to cancel once (within 30 minutes) I received their receipt even though I never uploaded pictures or copy of my passport which is required by Nepal government when I realized immiassist was not at all affiliated with Nepal as I landed on the immiassist Nepal page through search engine.

Immiassist states they are available 24/7 and I had to email and wait for them to offer a cancellation less a $11 charge. There is no "real time" 24/7 availability.

When I requested the refund, they cited EU law about it was for a service even though it was never completed and both Spain and EU laws are in place for misleading commercial practices which is what I experienced. I never even uploaded my passport or visa pictures which are required for them to actually process my request.

I respectfully emailed them that I wanted 100% refund and stated my option of a bad review and credit card dispute was my last alternative and they stood firm on their policy.

I post this so you are careful to double check the price on their site and what the country charges as you can accomplish the same on your own.

I'm surprised that immiassist even let me apply AND CHARGED ME without uploading the photos and passport which are required for a valid visa.

FOLLOW UP TO IMMIASSSIST'S RESPONSE: MY BANK only gave me the refund after I filed dispute as vendor did not want to provide 100$ refund. The info Immiassist requested in response is on file and led to this posting since I tried to avoid a negative review

easy to load and complete (asked about me being from UK a bit too often, but otherwise great!)

The application process was well laid out and useful information on progress was provided.

The service is very expensive. 10 times more than if I would have done it myself and they take too much time to process the application with mistakes. They only answered when I asked for refund. They said they do not refund because it is a personalised product so be careful. I regret it , I should have done my application myself. THEIR WEBSITE IS DESIGNED TO CONFUSE PEOPLE SO THEY CAN THINK THEY ARE APPLYING IN A GOVERNMENT PAGE.

Easy to do, simple to follow and the webpage is modern and free of bugs

It was very easy to navigate through the process.

I made a mistake and started to enter details for a visa to Kenya through the immiassist site and paid. Then I found out that as I was part of a group the visa would be obtained together with the others. I appreciate that a refund isn't normally given but they did provide a refund less an admin fee, which I was happy with. Thanks to customer services.

Everything seams pretty straight forward.
I did/ am having a payment issue which I’m hoping is resolved. My credit card issued as fraudulent I informed them that it was me. They then asked the merchant to process again. I’m not sure if it did or not

I paid $173.00 AUD for an eVisa to Indonesia. It was issued with an incorrect name. I asked them to correct it and they did, but they also had my DOB wrong. I had uploaded my Passport so they had all of the correct details. When I got to Indonesia at midnight I had to then stand in line for two hours and apply and pay for a new Visa. ImmiAssist refuse to refund me and keep "playing dumb". They have pretended not to understand basic requests, and then issued a new Visa after I got home with the correct details then claiming they had issued a correct Visa.

super easy! but I would have liked to have known how much it would cost before I put all my details in!

This system is a total scam! be ware of what you actually need as they are not helpful in any way! They totally made me believe I needed a visa for visiting South Korea when I didnt and full took my money. They make you think they are something they are not.
