confusing ass website. if i want to cancel k eta submission before payment (as i want to use e arrival as my country is exempt) i have to use my email AND application id in which i don’t have the letter. and they also charge me $100. scammy website.

Always use homeaffairs.gov.au site NEVER IMMIassist - what a con
NEVER use
My husband started to use this site and found it very difficult plus there is a hefty fee. He completed on the official Australian website free of charge. IMMI assist emailed me to say the application was incomplete. Unfortunately, confused I finished it and paid £49.99 - Australian immigration site had already sent the visas through. I tried to get a refund from IMMI assist ABSOLUTELY NOT. They never forwarded a visa (probably as I already had one) I thought they would refund as they never got the visa from Australian immigration. Absolutely not!! Never use this site.

DO NOT USE IMMI ASSIST!!
SCAM - please read past the good reviews as there are many people who have had the same experience I did. Having never applied for a visa before, I stupidly did not realize this wasn't an official site. The landing page for the NZ visa looked official and it wasn't until after applying that it took me back to the page which said it was a 3rd party. Even though I realized this moments after applying and requested a refund, they have adamantly refused and keep saying they clearly state they are not a government site. Not true. I also paid extra for "travel insurance" and have not received a receipt or any information about the insurance provided. Don't be dumb like me; get your visa from the .gov site of your destination country. It won't be any more difficult and could save you hundreds of dollars. STAY AWAY

SCAM: STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY. They use deceptive practices to look like an official site. They charge way more than the government site and unfortunately I didn’t realize this until it was too late. I attempted to get a refund just minutes later after submission when I realized it wasn’t the real site, and they are uncooperative. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to be out hundreds of dollars.
