I have been in NZ for 12 years but became illegal and was told by Immigration to submit a section 61 application or I would be deported. I was extremely stressed about this but after a face to face meeting with Simon from Immigration Trust I felt a huge relief after he gave me confidence that I had a chance of a successful application. Our EOI application was stuck due to covid therefore I had to start university as an international student. Simon is a professional expert as well as a very understanding person. The best Immigration Service in the country hands down. Since we all know how hard it is to deal with INZ, I’m forever grateful that Simon and the team managed my case up until the end to get the residency visa approved.

When I initially got a job offer that qualifies for SMC salary threshold, I went with many reputed Immigration services across the country and had many paid consultations. They all came back to me saying it's impossible to apply with my current job title as it's not under ANZSCO code.

I was still hopeful and then I found Simon through Google and after reading all the good reviews I knew this is where my search ends. After completing the initial assessment with Simon, he confirmed that it’s possible to apply under SMC with my current job and I was relieved. It’s been almost 2 years in the SMC queue and finally, we were all moved to 2021 RV and Simon applied for that on behalf of me without charging any extra money. Also, since the application for 2021RV opened on 1st Dec 2021, he was trying to submit our applications from early morning till late night regardless of INZ website crashing continuously and kept us informed throughout the process with update emails. Again, I was grateful that, unlike any other Immigration service who works fixed hours on weekdays, he was treating our applications like his own by working on them after hours and weekends.

When it comes to the fees, I find it very reasonable and cheaper than some other advisors who does a normal job without any guarantee of the outcome of your visa, on the other hand, Simon and team provided me with an exceptional service for a great price; more importantly, he is willing to go an extra mile to get your visa approved.

Throughout my 2-year journey, it was a pleasure to deal with Simon and the team with their prompt responses even replying to my concerns after hours which made me feel well taken care of. Also, instead of emailing back and forth with documents, they use a portal where you log in and it has all the communications, invoicing, and upload any documents which make the whole process lot organized and easy.

Very bizzare experience dealing with Simon Park. We applied my Wife's residence visa under the partnership category. INZ raised concerns as we applied 2 days earlier before finishing 365 days living together. We provided our explanation but they needed more explanation as why they should grant her visa for living together 363 days which was 2 days short from meeting 12 months together requirements. We contacted Simon he looked at our case and said he has plenty of years of experience dealing with this type of matter we trusted him and paid all his fees as per the agreement.
1) He will not let us meet with him despite of paying his fees
2) He will talk to us on the phone only for 15 mins as everyday he gets 100's of deportation related cases which keeps him really busy. (Sounds like everyone who gets deportation notice contacts only Simon Park LOL)
3) He will not write any letter for INZ on our behalf. Despte of paying his fees he expected us to write letters to INZ which we did. we feel like we paid him all his fees for doing nothing.
4) He does not have full knowledge of his work and he couldnt win the case.
5) INZ declined our application. We contacted another lawyer afer this and he managed to get my wife's resident visa within a month of applying. we didnot get a single query or they didn't even ask for any additional documents.

Will never ever deal with Simon Park and will never recommend him to anyone. very rude, arrogant and unprofessional immigration adviser in NZ. I didn't ask for any discounts you have proven to be unprofessional

Our family were at had a serious immigration case regarding the adoption of our daughter whose visitor’s visa was declined from Immigration twice. We reached out to Simon, Immigration Trust in the beginning of 2019. Since then, he has been an angel to all our immigration concerns, issues regarding our daughter’s visitor’s visa. Our prayers were answered, and her visa was accepted in December 2019, but we just managed to get her in New Zealand in January 2020 for 3 months. We could not thank Simon and his team enough.

Little did we know that his services did not end there. Our family was scheduled to leave for the Solomon Islands but then went to Lockdown. We reached out again to Simon for his immigration advise as we were worried and had to ensure that our daughter had a valid visa. Fortunate enough Government gave all current visa holders a six-month extension. When that extension ceased, Simon has been extremely helpful with all the times we had to reapply and submit a new visa application. Simon was our guardian angel with all our immigration matters for more than one year and abit and that really helped our family.

Simon was our immigration advisor for over a year. We recommend that Immigration Trust is the most trustful, honest, prompt, and phenomenal provider who has the heart to help any people that have immigration problems. Simon as previously mentioned, we cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us and the times you have gave us discounts, thank you. Without your professional advice, our family would be where we are now with our daughter.

Simon delivered us from uncertainty (we were worried we’d be deported) to safety (we are now residents of New Zealand), and there is no chance whatsoever that we’d have “won” without his help.

My experience with Simon entailed 4 Partner-Based Visa Applications over the course of 2 years—all of which were successful, because of Simon’s ability to think creatively and strategically from a case officer’s perspective.

There were moments where Simon had to seriously improvise (such as when I had a health scare that forced our strategy to shift); and when it comes to something as all-important as ensuring that you can work-and-live in the country where you want to work-and-live, it would be ridiculous and dangerous to “roll the dice” without a specialist of Simon’s experience and skill.
