I had heard about this before but mainly with Campervans. We wanted to take our time coming down the coast from Brisbane to Melbourne and this was ideal. Really affordable and very convenient. Can't recommend enough.

Pick up and delivery was smooth as anything, camper was immaculate. Will use Imoova again if the dates and places match up!

I started my first road trip with a excellent campervan which I rented in Imoova

The experience would have been perfect if the van had been properly equipped. We were unlucky because it was for sale and was already missing several things, such as a freezer, bedding, a bathroom, a dining table, and more.
But mechanically speaking, the van was impeccable.

Was a great experience, we just had some problems with our van but I know that is not a problem of Imoova.

Friendly staff, very efficient,

Beautiful mercedes sprinter van was easy to drive and comfortable to sleep in. Solar panel enabled free camping and enjoyed my trip from Adelaide to Hobart greatly.

Quick and easy pick-up and drop-off plus friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely repeat this experience again!

I booked a relocation of Canadream vehicle and the whole process was very easy. Imoova was also very helpful and fast in answering a question I had about my booking. 100% worth it.

I have drop the car in Christchurch and the staff helped me to get the fuel receipt. its show in the invoice but I find no one refund the fuel cost to me. I called the centre and they find no one was supposed to refund until I call the centre and check the status.

It's not imoova's fault directly, but the company they work with, INDIE CAMPERS, is horrible. They gave us a campervan: no gas, no AdBlue, no refrigerator (it didn't work the entire trip), no batteries, no water, no faucet.
It couldn't be worse.

Everything went smoothly. The only problem is takes to much to return the bond.

The first relocation went well, the second we had some issues with booking the ferry and ended up
Double paying in the confusion- we were able to move the tickets to early next year so we can do one more relocation with Imoova.

It was a great experience, and everything was on time. The vehicle was in good condition and no mechanical problems. Was a good way to see a part of the country and to try out the different vehicles before buying one. The fuel bill was huge for a relocation from Brisbane to Darwin in a 4 x 4. Overall a nice experience. Only drawback is that I am still waiting for a refund of my securty deposit from the rental agency 4 weeks later.

Imoova is onto a great concept here. Where else could you try out the world of motorhoming for just $1 / day. Everything worked to plan. A little difficulty though, getting advice where Imoova's advertised conditions and the motorhome hire company's conditions were in conflict about the mileage allowance - it took two attempts with different consultants via online chat to resolve this one.

Overal it was a great experience. The day of pickup someone called 3h before pick up time if we gonna pick up. That made us going to the pickup already, once arrived it was no problem. But it makes us feel there is bad communication between your guys and indie Camper. At the pick up, there was a discussion about the sheets, its showed on your website it's included. But Indie Campers was telling us that it wasn't. This is a big deal, it changes you hole packing upfront. I think if i speak for most of the users this is important information that must be display right.
The rest of the trip went great. We had a great dropoff.

The company is telling that sheets and duvets are included, but the rental company doesn’t give these because they don’t communicate this to the rental company. So in the end you’ve to pay for your services as gasbottles, sheets and duvets.

Company is not reachable in weekends, so no contact with them about these issues on the spot

The staff at both the Darwin and Cairns offices were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The speed and quality of service were excellent, and both offices are conveniently located.
The motorhome we received in Darwin was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, which made our journey very comfortable. We also made sure to return it in the same condition, clean and with a full tank of fuel.
Thank you for providing such a smooth and enjoyable experience — we look forward to travelling with you again.

couldn't get gas door open
fridge wasn't usable then overnight without power
that van uses a really lot of fuel
my sprinter nearly twice the milage
wouldn't take that van again without some fuel payback
