Inferior NVR
I bought a CCTV Wifi NVR from the online Imou Dahua Store on Aliexpress. When I connected it to my Camera many of the features in specification for the NVR did not function. For example, the H265 was not available and it did not Record Motion Detection or Alarm and only recorded continuously. This was very wasteful of the HD storage. I contacted Imou through their online store and directly by email to their technical services, but they did not offer any help. The NVR was supposed to be their top of range, but it is worse than an NVR from other manufacturers at a quarter of the price

Purchase 3 IQ 1080p indoor wifi cameras for IMOU
Purchase 3 IQ 1080p indoor wifi cameras form IMOU through ebuyer. They were delivered very quickly and were an easy install. They have already paid for themselves as I used them to keep an eye on my 94 year old mother. She fell and I was able to talk to her through the camera and get help immediately. A class job. I will be purchasing another one

The new IMOU bullet camera will not record to a memory card tried three different named makes of cards, rebooted camera /formatted cards still will not record, Can't get any joy from Imou all it wants is for you to buy cloud storage.

Misleading IFTTT support claim
Very disappointed by the misleading claim about the IFTTT support. Though the IMOU website (i.e. ...../uk/alexa) still claims that their products support IFTTT, the information is false. I have been told that the ITFFF agreement has terminated in May 2020. Furthermore, I am unable to reach any support staff by telephone or via on-line chat. Email responses take at least 24 hours and in some cases no responses at all. Frustrated by the after-sale support.
