Shipped my plants to the wrong address
Ordered six plants and received an order confirmation email. Heard nothing further and no plants arrived. Telephoned after a couple of weeks and told plants had been delivered to a 'safe place' but would follow up with courier and get back to me. Telephoned again... told plants would now be re-sent and would get back to me. Telephoned AGAIN. Package had been refused delivery. They would sort out and get back to me. Three times I was told someone would get back to me. Guess what...
Turned out that my plants had been sent to the wrong address (their error not mine). Eventually got them one week after they were shipped the second time. Absolutely no emails, texts or calls to say order shipped, tracking information, or anything.
In this day and age I expect shipping confirmation and tracking as an absolute minimum.

We’re really sorry to hear there has been some issues with your order. The first order was sent out on 28th May however dispatch sent it to the wrong house number in error. We can see on our notes that when you called to chase with Boyette on Sat 1st June - Our normal contact from Parcelforce was on holiday and so we raised this with a colleague who was standing in for him and we were having to chase for information regarding your order which should not have took the time it did.
On Thursday 6th June in the afternoon we arranged for replacements to be sent out that afternoon for next day delivery Fri 7th June – again dispatch sent to the wrong house number in error. We can only but apologise for this as we can understand the frustration from it not only happening once but twice.
We chased again on Monday 10th June and we emailed our account manager on Mon 10th June who was back in the office from their holiday. We got the order re-routed to the correct address for delivery the following day Tues 11th June and it was delivered at 11.59am
Looking at Parcelforces tracking system, your mobile number was not put on either consignment- so you would not have received an update from Parcelforce regarding your deliveries. Again please accept our full apologies regarding all of this.
We have no futher notes to say you called back with any plant issues so we assume that you were happy with the plants you received. If you would like to discuss anything further with us please do not hesitate to contact us on theteam@impactplants.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
Once again, please accept our full apologies regarding all of this and we have already made a note to raise this issue with our couriers in our next meeting as these mistakes are not what we expect, nor do we believe our customers should.

Good customer Service
I ordered 40 Hebe Red-edge plants from Impact Plants. they came in 4 boxes. Two of these the Courier had managed to get upside down, despite the boxes being very clearly marked. A number of plants were therefore damaged. I contacted impact plants asking for a replacement of 6 plants. They sent two boxes each with 6 plants in them. Things can go wrong -but it's how you deal with it that counts. Impact Plants were great -thank you.

Very happy with my plants got 11no 5L Lavender plants after looking for weeks these where one of the cheapest out there and they are great only thing I will say is you don't get told when they are coming you pay and that it till they tell up on your door apart from that very happy with them

The condition and height of the 3L red robins purchased superseded expectations. Customer services when called were excellent. The only one niggle is that I wasn’t sent any info re despatch or delivery day. Otherwise I thoroughly recommend the company, my purchases have been brilliant.
