WARNING

WARNING! Do not order from this company! They do not honor their refund policy. I returned a chain in flawless like new condition and they have sent me every excuse possible and refused my refund. If you find yourself needing their support for a refund, you will only face incredible hassle. They prefer to scam you out of your money in such cases and their "policy" is written to support your loss. I am filing a BBB complaint. Stay away from this company!

No customer service

I purchased 3 chains in December 2024 during their promo period and they added another chain for free. Issue with the shipping company and never received the order. Reached out to their customer service but it’s nonexistent!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!! SCAM LIKELY

The quality was great

The quality was great. They look amazing and I had difficulty with one of the clasp I called customer service. They helped me with a video and everything is great. Great customer service.Going to order more the ice bracelet is beautiful!

This place is a scam - if you need to return something or everything good luck getting your money back has been 6 months and we have yet to get our refund and furthermore if you buy with a payment options, they will ruin your credit

Horrible Service after the Sale

I purchased several items, necklaces, pendants, and a bracelet. The bracelet fell apart after wearing it twice. I reached out to Imperium on their website and also to one of their managers regarding a return and replacement. None were answered and no response was ever given. Buyer beware this company likes to sell and will spam you daily to buy buy buy but BEWARE if you have a problem with a purchase they will Ignore, Ignore, Ignore.

I will be a customer for life

First of all the items are beautiful
Second, the price is the best
Third their customer service is impeccable, especially in these times where customer service is usually nonexistent. I ordered the wrong size and not only did they send me return shipping for free. They sent me out the one I should have ordered. I am extremely happy with the service and even happier with the quality of the purchase I made I will be a long time customer, I used to shop at Harlem bling

Fake jewelry

Fake jewelry. Put a magnet to it. Ordered five chains, every single one of them is magnetic. Don't believe them when they say it's pure gold or silver or silver plated with gold. It's iron or nickel underneath that silver or gold.

Cheap merchandise-horrible customer service

Waited 5 weeks for delivery AFTER they told me it had been shipped. Was given incorrect shipping info.
The absolute worse customer service. I ordered because my grandson picked a bracelet and iced chain from them for Christmas. I wish I had read the reviews first. I spent almost 300.00 and I’m serious when I tell you that you would get the same thing from Temu for 20.00. The return policy last for 15 days is nonexistent. Not sure how in the world they stay in business.
It’s a joke. I could kick myself for being so stupid.

Im sure some of these reviews are FAKE!!! Purchased a piece of jewelry end of December need it by January 14th it’s still sitting in Florida….Highly upset or doing this again😒

Save your money

I placed my order on 12/15 When it arrived on 12/20 . It was missing the small cross pendant. I emailed immediately same day. The reply was sorry for the inconvenience! I'm my message it stated the item missing was a present for christmas. Well the corrected item never arrived by Christmas and then ended up being yet again the wrong item. And now I'm being told via email I am not able to return the items purchased. Update as of 1/16/25 . They still haven't fixed their wrongs and keep giving me the run around on shipping, refund, etc. Do yourself a favor spend a few extra $$ and go to jaxxon, or masion, or any company but imperium trash.

Slow shipment

I placed my order on December 18th I paid for extra shipping that said it was gonna be here and wanted to two days and it’s the day after Christmas and I have yet to receive it. It says it’s in Miami still but I only three hours from Miami so I thought it was going to be here before Christmas for my boyfriend. I’m really disappointed that it hasn’t come yet. What’s the point of advertising that is going to ship in one to two days and it doesn’t. I’m hoping when I get my order, the quality is top-notch so I can possibly give them another chance.

I'm so unsatisfied with this company

I'm so unsatisfied with this company. I placed an order when at the time they promised I would get it before Christmas. Here I am on the night of Christmas Eve and tracking shows that it's still sitting in Miami(I'M IN TEXAS!!!), and I even paid extra to ensure it would arrive sooner! So frustrating and sad at the same time. I spent the little that I had on what I thought would be a perfect gift.

Order some chains on December 16 and they arrived on the 18. Quality is good doesn’t turns color idk if it’s real good like they say but I love all them I just wished the one I got for my man was a little longer

LIVID

This company has false advertising of shipping 1-3 is not realistic! It’s well over the days allotted per their website and now my item will arrive MAYBE 1-2 days AFTER Christmas. This information was given to me after I was already given tracking information and has been sitting in Miami FL since December 17, 2024.

What’s even more crazy I’ve been also told that my order is “Still Processing” but i received tracking information so make it make sense! Livid is an understatement I can understand delays but not when you promise and can’t deliver. The fact I’m getting email promotions of the company advertising “ last minute gifts” like be forreal orders already placed youse are having trouble getting out before the holiday, gives delusional. I am literally on the East Coast I had shipments coming from Cali ordered the same day as this item and I have received my orders in time for the holiday. I swear this necklace better be topnotch A1 not have one thing off about it when it arrives because the way I’m feeling right now D1 crash out and I’m not going to let up either.

Shipping lead time

Definitely upset for my first time using this company. I ordered a chain and bracelet for my man birthday in wednesday and paid for 1-2 day shipping and its Monday. Really was looking to forward with this. Dk how i feel about this company now.
