I bought several items from this company. One of the necklaces that I bought did not last a week. Their product are cheap.
When I tried to respond to them regarding the product and asked for a refund, they informed me that I missed her 15 day return policy and there’s nothing they could do for me.
I was completely ripped off by this company and would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Not as Advertised
After receiving a advertisement on IG from Imperium and reading their return and exchange policy, which was one of their main selling points, I decided to purchase a chain.
The chain was delivered in good time.
But I quickly realized the 18k wasn't for me. So I requested a refund. They took forever to get back to me. I emailed numerous times and try to chat to no avail. They finally responded and wanted pics, which I sent immediately. Then they took 3 emails to respond again. Then had the audacity to say that the chain was damaged and worn and will not give me a refund. Which was a LIE.. Why would I wear a chain I didn't like? They offered to send me back another one, which is collecting dust right now. Take your chances if you want but this is my experience. Good luck.

Wow, incredible customer service. Ordered the 3 chains for $99 deal. Received them, plus a bonus chain in 3 days. Had an issue with sizing, they sent 3 new chains out with no problem. Quality is great for the price. Highly recommend!

Ordered a ring, but my fingers must've swelled or something because it was too tight when it arrived. Called about resizing, and they were super understanding.

Definitely Taking A Risk
I bought several pieces; however, I sent a chain back for a different size. They acknowledged in writing receiving the chain and gave excuses they were behind on shipments. Bottom line I never received the chain or my money, since late April. Good luck with these guys. If it’s too good to be true, it’s not good at all.
Fraudulent Return and Exchange Policy
I ordered a chain and 3 bracelets from Imperium and had to return the chain and two of the bracelets in June because their silver pieces look cheap. The third bracelet was supposed to be exchanged for a smaller size. I have confirmation that they received the items but still have not received the refund for the silver chain and two bracelets. The exchange for the 3rd bracelet wasn’t even the same bracelet. They sent me another silver bracelet! The only way to contact them is through email. I’ve sent Several emails with NO response! Their return/exchange policy is fraudulent. Better Business Bureau is my next recourse. I need my money back!

I made a purchase from Imperium Jewerly for 2 pieces on 6/18 for a big event I am attending next week. The site said orders would be shipped in 2 days, so I was encouraged by the fact that they would arrive within 3-4 days at the latest. But more than a week later I have NOT received anything and they have charged my credit card. I have been watching the tracking number everyday and it says USPS is waiting for the package from Imperium. I sent 2 messages with my order number to Imperium via their website asking for an update and received no response. I found a "Gmail" address on the internet associated with their so-called customer service contact and followed up with another email (my 3rd), but received no response.
I am now reading all of these poor reviews of many customer's horrible experiences with them and fear that I have been SCAMMED. There is NO phone number on their site to call or contact to inquire about the status of your product.
It's unfortunate. I am about to post about this experience on my IG page to warn my 213k+ followers against making any purchases with Imperium Jewerly.
DO NOT buy from Imperium Jewerly. Thank God i limited myself with the amount purchased. Charging customers for products they won't receive is criminal. It's no wonder why, if you read all of the reviews, that they ONLYrespond to the few that are positive. They purposely ignore all of the paying customers they've scammed.
Didn't Receive Product / No Response
We placed out order on June 6th, 2024 and was told it would be 2 day shipping. We have yet to receive our product. Our 8 year old saved his money up to buy his necklaces and now he doesn't have them. We've sent 4 emails and tried to chat online twice with no response. Will be reaching out to dispute charges if we don't hear back today.
