I cannot recommend highly enough, Dawn was absolutely excellent to deal with, very friendly and approachable with any question no matter how silly seeming. She went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and help us find the best fit for our current situation. Not only was she incredibly helpful in actually getting the right mortgage she also helped us with related financial concerns providing budget considerations, helping us plan our insurance needs and helping secure appropriate policies.

Cant thank Dawn enough for all of her help. She went above and beyond to make the entire mortgage process really easy and stress-free. Kept us informed at every stage and was always on hand to answer any questions. Would highly recommend!

We were recommended Rita from IMP mortgage advice to help us buy our first home. Overall we had a great experience. She was attentive, thorough and supportive throughout. My partner and I were honestly like a rabbit in headlights having never applied for a mortgage before, but Rita was on hand every step of the way to clearly explain the finer details of every document, gather all of the pieces of information that we needed to submit and advise us on everything we needed to know. Rita is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable in her field. This really helped to put us at ease. She essentially held our hand through every step and guided us to make the best decisions tailored to our individual circumstances and finances when buying our first home. Rita’s support took a lot of the stress away, she was always at the other end of the phone to answer our silly questions with no judgement.
