Absolutely awful.
Absolutely awful communication. Unreliable. Wouldn't go near this company again with a 10 foot pole. The company that hired Impra Charge to install our charger (Evec) reimbursed us some money as compensation because Impra's service was so poor.

Matt from Impra Charge did an excellent job installing my Ohme Pro charger. The installation was very neat and tidy and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Impra Charge to others. They were very competitive and being able to pay after installation gives added peace of mind.

Matt was very helpful and provided prompt responses to the questions I had. Installation was completed quickly and we are very happy with the work carried out.
The only minor challenge we had was getting in touch with the person that deals with booking the installations. Matt was able to help with this though.

They knew exactly what they were doing and did it promptly and efficiently. The office sorted out the kind of installation I needed, cleared the admin hurdles, and gave me a good price. The installer turned up on time, did all checks needed, discussed installation with me and got on with it very rapidly. A faultless installation.
