I contacted this company after our carpet was damaged the service was first class the repair was carried out a reasonable amount…..cannot fault anything thank you so much .

Our 2 dogs had ripped our stair runner carpet which had only been laid down for just over a year, I was devastated. I looked for someone to repair our carpet and came across Richard, the communication between us was quick and efficient the truthful advice he gave us helped with the decisions we made.
Richard explained when he arrived that the damage was more than he had thought and offered 2 ways to address the situation.
We decided at the moment to leave the carpet because we have covered it with a stair gate and we are going to contact the original carpet seller and try to match the carpet again.
We will definitely have Richard replace the carpet if we can get it.

From initial comms to managing expectations and guidance on possible repairs, service has all been exceptional.

On the day, during the inspection the suggested repair changed, but for the better, and very happy with the outcome.

Our tenants reported the smell of cat urine. After researching what I needed to do - a UV survey of the carpets to determine severity - I found this company who provide the service. The report was conclusive, informing what our course of action needed to be. Service was provided within a couple of days. Attentive service with a phone call received, as well as the report, to confirm findings. Recommended.

I had a mark on my carpet of hot iron and I thought I could never get rid of it and have to return the keys tomorrow to the agency, was desperate and I found this company I explained everything and he made time to come and do it and it’s amazing how beautiful the carpet looks.. it’s like the mark was never there. I only believe because I saw the video.. I even tried to zoom to make sure it’s invisible and it’s spotless ..

Richard was extremely in replacing carpet from a section of the stairs that had a bad coffee stain. I had a number of concerns about the job, as I wanted to ensure the repair would meet the landlords standards. In a panic I reached out to a few carpet repair companies yesterday to sort out the burn marks I’d been trying to fix myself to no avail. Richard contacted me right away, gave me advice and a quote, and was able to fit me in next day. Today the burn marks are unnoticeable thanks to him. He came first thing in the morning and was in and out within the hour. I am relieved! The price was higher than what I expected, but worth it for next day service. Richard was very friendly and good company while he worked.

Experience was flawless. They fixed my steam iron burn in less than 30 minutes, without having to replace the carpet. You can't even tell there was a burn. The price was fair too.
