Richard was highly professional and he did an excellent job on my carpets that were full of pet urine stains and my home now smells lovely. Richard also cleaned a spot of sick in my car and never charged me for doing this and he has sent me links to get some decent urine carpet stain remover. Will definitely use Richard again.

Definitely recommend. I had a load of gloss paint stains stuck into the carpet in a public corridor of my apartment building. All fixed within hour on a Saturday, organised the day before and for a great price.

Richard cleaned my daughters sofa, stair carpet & lounge carpet last week.
They had just completed some building work & there was dust everywhere.
He was there for 2 hrs and made an amazing job of the clean! The scent he used for the clean was just like a Jo Malone scent, absolutely beautiful, a great relaxing scent now fills her home and the carpets and sofas are beautifully clean!

Richard visited to clean my sofa and carpet today. He done an excellent job, my 15 year old cream carpet on the stairs, landing and bedrooms, now looks like new! Definitely worth having them cleaned and much cheaper than replacing them!

I was really pleased with impulse cleaning (Richard). My dining chairs were extremely stained and now they have been cleaned they are brand new looking again. A very efficient booking process and good time keeping. I will be recommending impulse cleaning.
