I subscribed to two subscriptions
I subscribed to two subscriptions. The code didn't work in the app. I followed all the necessary steps, including deleting the app and downloading the professional version, but unfortunately, when I enter the code, I get a message saying the filler is invalid and cannot be removed. This is extremely frustrating.

Change of subscription fee
When i purchased 1 year subscription for PE, you charged 75$, and now you reduced to 50$. Even when my 1 year subscription has not ended yet. I expected refund for extra charge only, or extension of subscription at least.

Has been SO HELPFUL!
Honestly thought this was fake because I downloaded the wrong version but I took a chance at emailing them about it and they got back to me as quickly as possible with a solution and more! Also, If you’re going to use extractor, I’d change things up even if it’s just a little. Don’t get caught up yall lol.

I love the program
I love the program, but I have been paying monthly for many years now and I wish that after so many years of paying a monthly free, we can have it for a year free or something like that? The fee keeps going up, so I don't be pleased with that. But the program works fine and I couldn't create without it.
