Trustworthy for sure. Can make your computer a bit laggy when you extract and sometimes you don’t get every file when you extract, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

hidden catalogue viewer does not work
hidden catalogue viewer does not work. site is incredibly broken, so much so that even the link to the discord is non-functional. fix asap.
EDIT: they claim to have fixed it, however the catalogue viewer still doesn't work. only thing that seems fixed is the discord link.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Literally going to report. This is ridiculous. I’ve contacted them to refund me and cancel the license of the gif maker. They still have not responded after 7 freaking days. The product photo gif maker is TERRIBLE glitchy quality. Haven’t been able to get ONE SINGLE decent picture. It’s atrocious and I want a refund or an updated version. Smfh!

Bought the product extractor pro mainly for the reason of using xmf file convertor and to find out it doesn't work and I got scammed! When I try and use it it says ''you license has expired you need to buy a new one''. When you try and email their support it doesn't work and it says this ''

Your message wasn't delivered to [redacted] because the domain imvuska.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.'' I also tried to message them on facebook and they never responded.

We are sorry for your problems, our domain is imvuksa.com and not imvuska.com, and about the XMF converter , if it couldn't convert it which means the creator used our decryptor to create this product which protects it from being decrypted or converted to obj file.

I recently bought the imvu extractor yesterday, usually it’s $15 but it only took $4 from my account which i thought was even better. It usually sends the info after an hour of buying, but it’s the next day and i still haven’t received an email with all the information
