Shows delivered but it’s not

ordered 3 eucerin cream, neevr recieved, contacted thenm but email came back saying unknown. A frauudlent company who stole my money and did nto send the goods, have made a report to action fraud so they can be investigated.

I don't think this is a real company. Placed order on 27th August. Website say next day dispatch. Nothing received by 5th Sept. My email to them bounced. I was on hold three times for 25 minutes. Left message for them to call - nothing. I can only deduce that I've been scammed. Item was significantly cheaper than other places so as the saying goes, if it feels too good to be true, it probably is!

haven’t received any tracking confirmation after being told i would receive when my order is out for delivery. there is no way to make an account on the website to even check if you’ve placed your order or what’s happening to it.

I happened by this website while looking for L'Oreal Mat-Matic Eyeliner and La Roche Posay hyalu for my sister which are always out of stock in other online stores. The In-love store had some in stock which I managed to grab quite quickly due to the ease of using the website.

My sister liked the quality of the products and appreciated the sped of delivery so I came back a few days later to buy more of the same products for my other sister. I think this website will be the first I ever check now whenever I need to buy make up for someone.
