Very difficult company
Initially a good experience but more recently I have had to fight to get Inboxpounds to credit me for goals I had reached (within the time etc). They do everything possible not to credit larger amounts!
Whenever I raise a ticket an automatic request for more info is sent. This is the info I have already sent. Despite resending my query is ignored.
I have lost several credits which I worked hard for just because Inboxpounds ignore my query.
Not recommended.

Personally for me I have found that sadly this app has gone downhill a bit it doesn't have some of the shops that used to have which are the ones I used to shop in it's said it was gonna get Amazon and on there getting on a year ago and it's still isn't on there it took you bear away and I do a lot of shopping on there the shops that are left on there I don't really use also the emails they used to send you you used to get like 0.001p her email that you opened up when in and had a look at but you don't get that no more either so for somebody like me because they've taken down the shops that I used to shop in and they haven't added the shop that they stated they were going to add it's just an upset in there doing nothing at the moment for me which is a shame because it would have been a five-star review otherwise. Before all this whilst I could use it it was a great app it's laid out nice and easy so you can find everything so that's still good you don't have to build up too much money before you can cache out so that's still good and the way that you can get paid is still okay that's the only reason I've given it two stars otherwise it would have none because as I said it was a really good app but the shops left I don't use and the shops that they said we're going to be added whenever added so sadly I cannot give this a good review any more which saddens me because I used to really like this app.

Dishonest and disinterested
Missing checklist points and changing rewards midway through! I started a challenge that initially said 30 days and as I was progressing towards a 30 days at suddenly changed to 21 days to complete. Additionally one of the levels was acknowledged although I showed proof of this and explained to inbox, they refused to redeem it.

I love inbox pounds as I can do surveys when I’m free and earn a little money. Sometimes it’s a lot and sometimes it’s not much but it adds up over time. I recently got a £25 amazon voucher which is very handy for Christmas. Thank you!

Some surveys expect you to do a long survey like 30 minutes for like 5pence! Some surveys are worth doing for a reasonable amount of time

Refusing payment after milestone – misleading offer
I completed Level 70 on the High Roller Vegas offer (Ticket #16833758) and only received the first 15p payout. InboxPounds then refused the rest, claiming I must make a purchase and accusing me of using third-party software — even though no purchase was required when I joined, and they credited the first milestone. The wording has since been removed from their site.
I’ve emailed them twice with no reply in a month. It’s not about the amount — it’s about honesty. If I don’t receive payment by 10 December, I’ll report this to the ASA and CMA.

Quite easy and transparent system
Quite easy system, I played a mobile monopoly game through Inboxpounds, I did have to buy a couple of things to make the most of it, but not expensive, and ended up with over £12 just from playing the game about £8 profit, along with a few daily surveys and I was able to grab £15 into my paypal account which took 3 days to process. No hassle, and you don't get massive amounts of emails constantly like other survey sites. Well worth looking into.
