Genuine scam. With the higher price point you come to assume some higher quality. It was the lowest, temu quality clothing I have ever seen. Legit, don't fall for it.

very happy customer

After reading all the reviews on here i wanted to cancel my order immediately, so i emailed incerunmen they were prompt with my reply stating if i wasnt happy i could return it for a full refund, i emailed several times with a swift reply everytime, my shirt arrived and to my surprise it was of high quality in both fabric, not that cheap shiny stuff from china but real cotton, also the fit was great, so if you are reading the negative reviews on here like i did take a chance with this company, im glad i did

They're not scammers, they're just shit

Ordered some floral pattern high waisted pants. The print was woeful, blurry all over, and the proportions were way off; too slim a waist for how ridiculously long the legs were.
I asked to send it back and get a full refund, at which point I received offers for a partial refund from a nameless employee. So long as I kept the item. I told them repeatedly no, but all they did was offer slightly more for a partial refund.

I bought this item to see if they were a reputable company
The answer to that question is a resounding NO

Commande passé le 17 Novembre 2024 - devais arrivé fin novembre, début décembre GRAND MAX.
Mon colis est resté bloquer en Malaisie, et personne ne sait ce qui s'est passé.
Ils m'ont gentiment demandé de patienter, ce j'ai fais, début JANVIER 2025, toujours rien.
Ils m'ont quand même proposer de renvoyé un AUTRE colis (attendre) ou alors un refund. j'ai pris le refund.
J'aurais mis une étoile, mais comme ils m'ont quand même remboursé, j'en met 2.

My package got stuck in Malaysia, and no one knows what happened.
They kindly asked me to wait, which I did, but as of early January 2025, still nothing.
They eventually offered to send another package (and wait again) or provide a refund. I chose the refund.
I was going to give them one star, but since they refunded me, I'll give them two.

Got a tracking number but website says not available

I made a mistake with order number the order number is #IC168965 my appologies for not sending correct order number the 1st time the order the name on account is Shannon Williamson My spouse ordered several items from website Order #IC16168965 received confirmation and charge went through received tracking information website does not exist i attempted to email company that did not go through as well I believed we have been scammed still awaiting order or refund.

Deceptive marketing and will not honor their return policy.

This company is a scam. Stay far away and save your money. They use pictures from other brands and influencers and sell cheap copies of the designs. The material is often cheap and flimsy and the cuts/fit can be a bit wonky. I was dissatisfied with my order and initiated the return process. Their website says you have 14 days from delivery for a full refund. I reached out and they only offered me a 50% refund. I’m well within the return period and the clothes have all of the tags and poly bags that they were shipped with. After several back and forth emails they offered me a 70% refund. I’m pushing for a full refund still and will be contacting my bank. They don’t even want the clothes back. They know their site is a scam and that their product is subpar. Shop at your own risk.

I honestly had to go back in my records to see what I had purchased. I point to an email dated 10/28/2021 in which I complained my garment arrived and the fabric was defective. You asked for a photo, and I provided but you never addressed the issue. The fabric disintegrated. I was very disappointed. Yet you continue to email me bargains like nothing ever happened. order ID was IC12248,

They emailed me after I posted the review and even acknowledged their fault but said too much time had passed so they didn’t really offer a solution. Well ya live, ya learn, ya review

Gradual Downgrade Over Time

At first this site provided quality clothes that fit my gay lifestyle but overtime it's got cheaper in quality and more expensive in cost-the models are clearly and badly photoshopped with the clothes being recoloured rather than modeled properly. What arrives rarely matches the quality of what's shown...I used to highly rate this site but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Also they should stop selling in Israel until the genocide stops

I’ve ordered from Incerunmen a few times and I always receive my full order in a reasonable time. The product has been what I expected- Not stellar but decent for the price.
Most things look pretty much just like the pic and are decent quality.
Some pieces are better than others.

Run for your life!

If I could give minus starts I would! Everything is wrong with this company and their products. Ill fitting and poorly made. Don't think you can get a refund either. Sure, they state a 100% refund, it's lies!! Honestly, you'd be better off pissing on your money and setting it on fire, than buying anything from these scam artists!

Update since company reply: Believe nothing! They seem lovely but will go round in circles with you for months with no resolution. They offer percentage discounts. If you return, you pay for the postage but they won't organise the pick up and therefore nothing actually gets delivered to them so they refuse to refund until the clothing has been received by them. One whole dodgy system! You'd be better of pissing on your money then setting it on fire then buying anything from this company. AVOID! AVOID BUYING AND DEALING WITH THERI ENDLESS NONSENSE!

To Incerunmen, if you say what you mean then REFUND MY MONEY!! I don't need another nonsense email from your customer service! I have emailed several times, I put in a complaint through paypal which closed as I was stupid enough to believe you'd do the right thing and not have to escalate it. I was wrong. Recommendation: HANDS OFF!!

I placed an order for 107$.
After a while i received an e-mail from Incerunmen, that my package could not be delivered and that i should contact my parcel service. There was no information i could use to track down my package in that E-Mail. So i wrote to customer service. After a while i got an e-mail with the tracking number. At that point, when i was able to track down the package it was already sent back (to GERMANY NOT HONGKONG) to where it came from. The "company" stated that they would automatically refund my payments in that case in one of their E-Mails. When i contacted them again, asking about my missing refund THEN came an e-mail that my package has been delivered (unlike their original e-mail stated) and that i should contact my neighbours and parcel service. Along with the e-mail came a link to the Website 17 Track which gives a tracking information, saying my package was actually delivered. If you check that with DHL, which is the actual parcel service, that information is wrong - the package was sent back.

PS:
At least i got a FULL REFUND from incerunmen now and also pretty quick after i took action. Was'n t really expecting that.
