The project was delayed for over 1.5 years and only 60% of it delivered. 3-4 project managers left and got replaced by new ones, who didn't know anything about the project. We ended up loosing more than £150k including a fireplace we paid in advance, rental costs and legal/solicitor/mediator fees. The trick they play with everyone is to liquidate the company so they cannot be sued and then create a new one. The only good thing I can say about Increation is that they are a joinery workshop and they're very good at it, that's it. To their loss, I've had 3 big projects each worth £300k since and I gladly didn't give it to them.

The worst company I have ever dealt with! We were given wrong project amount estimates which were not realistic. This was done to get the project. Then during our project we were told - no you can’t afford this and that! But the amount of project was growing (constant extras) and items like furniture was disappearing from our list given at the beginning with the amount of the project. Again! Because we were told we can’t afford them! There was no way back for us because the company was taking money in advance and we were stuck with them.
Our lead designer (who is nice person otherwise) was new in the company and I guess wasn’t checked if she can do projects as large as ours. So there were constantly mistakes in sourcing/ ordering materials and other tasks she had to do. This was one of the reasons for huge delays. Our project was finished 1/5 years on top of 7 months which was supposed to be our project term.
I am as a mother of a baby very upset with them. Because we were told the project will take 7 months. To save some money we rented small place to live at. We ended up living there for ages with large dog and crawling baby in 3 square meters! And, of course, we paid a lot of unplanned money for rent!
At the end although there are a few mistakes made in our house which cost us money overall it looks nice. But it took a lot of nerves to get here! Also people who work for the company are very nice but the owner of the company (who was very active when getting us but did not bother talking to us at the end of the project) should make some changes!
Also I don't have any idea how did they get 5 start reviews here! In other sources they are not even close to this!

I am in the midst of working with Increation to design a new front room , study and bathroom. I have really enjoyed the process so far. The Designer, Virginia, has taken the time to get to know me and my tastes and, as a result, I feel we are collaborating really well and reaching a look that is very reflective of my personality. It has been an excellent experience so far.

As a designer in the residential sector with discerning clients it is vital that they have the same level of confidence in teams like Increation as they do in me - and that is why I have no hesitation in putting their name forward.
Firstly, their teams are second to none. From quotation and design through to production and installation - they always have staff who are professional, accommodating and most importantly, knowledgable. They have fantastic attention to detail, show great care in all aspects and will always give sound advice on design aspects. The installation teams work diligently, respect other contractors and always ensure top quality work. They don't hesitate to come back for minor works or small changes. On the rare occasion that my client or myself have noticed even the smallest imperfections, the team will always work quickly to accommodate us and fix any issues.
Most fundamental however, the end product from Increation is always exceptional. The raw materials used are of the highest quality, the craftsmanship and finishing is excellent whilst being practical and made to last.

The cost of the Increation's work is also highly competitive when compared with others who are in the same market.

I hope to work with Increation again on many future projects and highly recommend them.

Although it won't be finished for another few weeks, my wife and I are thrilled with the progress -- right on schedule almost to the day! -- of both our basement expansion (which is complete) and the extension of our kitchen further into our backyard (the big works now done). The latter is a project that has required substantial coordination with a number of subcontractors, and it has been wonderful to have the Increation team assisting throughout. Their design ideas have been both creative and practical at the same time. When issues on-site have arisen, they have been available on the phone (and, if necessary, in person) very quickly.

Unfortunately my experience was extremely stressful to say the least! The project was to convert an existing dining room into a second bedroom with ensuite. The job was supposed to take 6-8 weeks but took over a year! The only reason it didn't take longer is because we had to pay the contractor directly (as he was not being paid promptly by Increation even though we paid Increation in advance). The workmanship was poor, and many things we grudgingly put up with because it already took several attempts and several lost months just for the sake of seeing the back of Increation.

We want to thank you again and tell you that we were very happy with your work and we have and will continue to recommend Increation to our friends. Our refurbishment process was long, it hasn't always been easy but it was always helpful and nice (!) to have you on our side.

We are carrying out a complete renovation of our flat (floors, electricity, plumbing, moving wall, and all interior decoration etc). We have interviewed about 10 different companies (all recommended by friends) and then at the end chose Increation as it was the only company that was able to advise us on (1) architectural matters (moving walls, organising space, lifting floors, beams), (2) design (choosing matching paint, furniture etc), (3) was able to carry out management and co-ordination of the project, (4) had 4-6 team of builders with whom they have been working for years. (5) The other useful thing about them is that they specialise in designer furniture for kitchens, bathrooms and built in wardrobes, all custom made, of very good quality and great value-for-money.

Increation is a wonderful organisation. Nothing is too difficult for them. My kitchen, by Increation is far better than I had expected. Their staff are all very capable and are keen to help as much as they can. Nothing is too small for them. I fully recommend them and all their products.

Has been a customer since Jan 2012, uses us 1/2 times month on average. The company employs very nice people to deal with.

As a supplier , Increation invests in quality materials for their work. A very well managed company, honest and very easy to communicate with.

This is a company that can realise all of those ideas that you've been carrying around in your head, doubtful that they could become reality. The furniture that has been designed for me is the stuff of legacy and has given my home a whole new identity. The design that has been created around my new scheme really completes things and it's all given my home the kind of look that i never thought i would be able to achieve.

Increation Interiors are a great company to work with. They started as a pro forma account with us however due to such prompt payment and constant orders they were quickly upgraded to credit account status.

It wasn’t convenient for me to move out whilst the work was being done, but it didn’t matter – Increation were really considerate and the job was done quickly and to a very high standard. I now have a gleaming new bathroom which is undoubtedly the feature of my house.

At my Xmas bash people were saying how impressed they were with the care the build team took whilst working in our bathroom. They commented the work was quiet and that the way they laid out dust sheets between the lift and the front door and kept everything clean

I asked Increation if they would carry out the construction and installation of a special purpose unit to fit in a specially constructed wall space. Increation were happy to do this work and in being taken around their works I was impressed by their skills, capabilities and the high standards of materials and finish. I provided a scale drawing showing my requirements and their design office prepared the comprehensive design details. The special unit was delivered in sections to site and carefully erected by skilful staff. We were very pleased with the completed work which is impressive and of credit to Increation.

The team at Increation are a great group of people to work with. Tim and Vincent have been friendly, responsive and open to new ideas, and have been flexible in our time working with them so far. Their stunning interior design work goes without saying!
