I never thought they’d find the exact stone I was after for the worktops. They did, and surpassed my expectations. I would definitely recommend Increation.

Generally very happy with Increation's work and they are a fantastic group of people to work with. A few minor slip-ups or oversights here and there but that is always bound to happen - the true testament was that they picked those up very efficiently and always offered strong and credible solutions. Can't fault the product and the look at all. A strong design and management team. Will definitely be working with Increation again!

Our new kitchen has literally transformed our lives: from breakfast in the morning when we come down to a beautiful light-filled room overlooking the garden, to when it's warm enough to eat outside and we open the glass doors, making one enormous integrated space. Even when it's raining and cold, we appreciate our carefully designed kitchen as it has added a dimension to the house which has exceeded our expectations.

Increation did a complete refurbishment for our apartment. The Increation team is creative, courteous and strives to meet their clients requirements. The bespoke kitchen and furniture is of very good quality and design. The project had some delays, issues in free standing furniture measurements and also it much exceeded budget, however, they did a good job and completed the project with very good finish and attention to details. The only thing we are not happy with is the installation of the bathroom shower door, though Increation team came several times to fix it. Overall we were pleased to work with Increation, their project manager was very cooperative, they maintain good relations with their clients and they do always return for maintenance.

Increation did a complete refurbish of our newly bought basement flat in London. It was a significant amount of work and the end results are beautiful. We relied on their team of designers, builders, tradesmen, and project managers for nearly all of the project: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, and lounge. They offered useful and timely advice and handled things like building permission. They were quick to correct imperfections and were flexible to change some aspects of the design mid-project. The project did go up in budget and took longer to finish than we hoped, but I believe this is typical for these projects. We would recommend them.

A very challenging project was executed perfectly, within budget and on time. InCreation took care to ensure that my objectives were met and listened carefully to the brief and throughout the build there was minimal disruption. After a thorough de-snagging I am now over the moon with my kitchen.

We got Increation to completely redesign and fit our kitchen and the experience was actually enjoyable, contrary to what one might expect from a project like this.
Apart from the quality of the work and sticking to a pretty tight schedule, it was the attention to detail in terms of the design and choice of materials that really sets them apart. They made suggestions that have in hindsight spared me a few frustrations and have given me something I simply love showing to my visitors.

Vincent came up with designs that fitted my requirements and sourced items for my bathroom fitted both the style I wanted and my budget. However there were numerous problems with the plumbing that took months to resolve and I later discovered that some of the contractors had been helping themselves from my drinks cabinet (perhaps explaining some of the poor work). To be fair this project was a number of years ago and Increation did keep returning to try to resolve the problems but I would be hesitant in recommending them and would not use them again.

The increation team we found to be highly creative and for us we found it was the detail that made the different - little things like the toilet lid soft closing when we'd not even discussed or specified that. The guys who did the work were very courteous and importantly for us they weren't at all messy! Even though we had a major refurb of our bathrooms, we didn't seem to have any dust! Would definitely recommend them.

Gave new ideas to previous thoughts on designs, understood quickly the requirements, adapted the kitchen perfectly to meet limitations with the space and delivered on time to schedule.

Speedy installation by quality and efficient workmen.
Very good at snagging and sorting out the small problems post installation.
We are 1 year+ into the kitchen and it is all holding up well, despite small kids swinging on drawers and hiding in cupboards so a sign of good craftsman ship.

The bespoke kitchen was designed for our needs and looks great, we were even able to make final tweeks right up to the end. Expensive but worth the pain.
The wooden sliding doors look great but the fitting was poor and left many draughts, not what we expected for the price. Paint work also took a while to get right. Draughts were rectified with draught excluders rather than a refit and they are still not draught proof - a pity as it should be the warmest room of the house. Felt that the company organisation and communication could have been better. This was 2007 so perhaps this has now improved.

We have always thought very highly of the folk at Increations. We first came across them about 10 years ago when they did a brilliant job of bespoke fitted wardrobes to match the style of our Victorian Terraced house. Most recently, though a couple of years ago now, Vicent designed a shelf to meet our specifications to hold a CD player, speakers and CD's. we were very upset when, just before Christmas the shelf split and came away from the wall. By this time the work was outside the guarantee, but we were happy to pay to have it restored to it's rightful place.

The timing of this was not good as Increations were extremely busy completing deadline, so we did experience some problems with having our calls returned. Nonetheless they came through and did an excellent repair job so our self was back in place for us to enjoy for Christmas.

We had a feeling that had we still been within their guarantee, they would has been less neglectful in their response and, nonetheless we would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely bunch of excellent craftsmen/women
