Had towbar fitted 18 months ago and…
Had towbar fitted 18 months ago and used once. Happy with the product and a good price, however the module has been placed facing up and filled with water from condensation and possibly through the lights when jet washing van. Costly replacement which could have easily been avoided. Broxburn not interested. Would not use again unfortunately

Awesome Customer Service
I bought my camping trailer from Indespension and from my first contact with Clare I received the best customer service I have had in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble, there was no pressure to buy, the guys building the trailers were super helpful and friendly. They even helped my out when I couldn’t get down to collect, they delivered it to my door!!

Service saved a very expensive trip
Boat trailer & boat (2 tonnes) suffered wheel & hub damage 25 miles away from depot - We were looking at a low loader trip home (300 miles). The guys at Indespension, Edinburgh sorted us out with the right bits and advice. We were home before midnight Thanks
Don't go to Indespension
I bought a new motorcycle trailer from Indespension. After 3000 miles a wheel bearing failed when i was in France. Trailer taken to a Garage and was repaired. The cost of the repair was more than the original cost of the trailer. So put a claim into Indespension. Eventually they told me they would not cover the repair cost, But would send me a replacement part, Which had already been replaced.It took 4 Months for them to tell this. In short stay away from Indespension. Poor quality goods, Poor quality service.
Travel 2 and half hours to a booked appointment to be let down
Travel 2 and half hours to a booked appointment to have a towbar fitted to our partly convert van.
We has to travel with our poorly dog so walking far not an option. After leaving the van at 9am we received a call at 10.30am to say there was an issue with someone else's trailer and that needed to be done 1st. Therefore ours might be ready late afternoon! Or not.
What are we suppose to do this far from home with a dog no one wants to let in.
Having bought a bike carrier ready to go on the towbar we are now having to change all our plans and search for someone else.
Extremely disappointed and angry. 3 staff stood behind the desk where is the work being done, nothing to see?

Placed an online order for a wheel for 48mm jockey ley and heavy duty trailer wheel.
Placed an online order for a wheel for an Indespension jockey leg and 48mm jockey wheel. Paid a little bit more than I could source from other suppliers but was keen to get the parts delivered quickly and correct first time so decided to go direct to manufacturer as my customer was in need of the machines to be put out on a job urgently.
The online portal did not indicate parts out of stock so received a call a couple days later after paying online to be told the wheel was not available and was not available to following week. I requested the 48mm jockey assembly to be send out to at least be able to get one machine back on the road.
In the mean time I received another call from my customer needing the unit needing a wheel ASAP. Called Indespension head office and spoke with Marcus who managed to source a wheel for me from one of their dealers and shipped out to me. Great!
Attended to my customer's machine fitted the wheel all good. Opened the box for the 48mm jockey leg to find a 42mm leg. Back on the phone to Marcus who looked into this to find the information on the web site was incorrect and part number wrong . Marcus arranged for a 48mm jockey leg to be sent out.
Waited 2 days still no jockey leg. Called Marcus who found the leg had not been shipped. Received correct let today (3/7/24 order originally placed 19/6/24)
To summaries my overall customer experience has not been great. This is not a discredit to Marcus. His customer service was excellent and got back to me when he said he would and really went out his way to resolve any issues which I am grateful for. The issues maybe lie with the online portal not being very reliable way to order. I am not sure if I will place an order this way in future.
Clair and Bill (Portsmouth) went above and beyond for me.
I had recently taken on a project boat that had a busted trailer. Although I’m handy I didn’t really understand what I was looking at. I took a trip into my local shop (Portsmouth) and was blown away by the amount of attention that Clair and Bill gave me to help me. They answered serval questions so that I could understand and pointed me towards the right products. They did this on multi occasions when I visited the store. Without their help I would still be struggling, they definitely put me on the right path to getting my trailer fixed. I’ve since been able to get the trailer up and running! I will certainly be going back for any future trailer needs.

Customer service is great. But it ought to be considering the lead time.
Staff failed to order the part in a timely manner, adding to the manufacturer of the part pushing the job back too and now im looking at a lead time of at least 2 months. Going to stick with it to see the product quality which at this point had better be amazing.
