We asked her to tailor a tour for a group of 12 and there has been many changes and iterations during the packaging. She has been patient and thorough to highlight the pros and cons of options. She was prompt in replying to our e-mails after researching and finding out the facts and answers. After analysing several options on the tour, accommodations and travel, we were able to finalise a tour plan to satisfy all the members. So, she has done a fantastic job and must be commended.

India Odyssey Tours a joy go work with.
India Odyssey Tours has been a joy to work with from the initial booking to final trip to the airport. My son and I are just concluding a 12 day tour through Rajastan with stays in Delhi, Udaipur, Johpur, Pushkar, Jaipur and Agra. The hotels, meals, guides and driver have all been excellent along the. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to see India in depth.

When we booked
When we booked, I was hopeful of a good holiday. The reality was a perfectly organised trip round Rajastan. A car at our disposal with a great driver who knew the area and was very keen to stop for photo opportunities and to tell us about points of interest on our route. We had guides join us at each location who knew the local history and spent the morning or day with us, depending on the plan for the day. All the hotels were top class and welcoming. A great tour - next China!!

I have booked a tour of India starting on 5 January 2018. Our agent Liz Ling has been amazing. We have been planning the trip since June and Liz has helped us with suggestions for our itinerary and changed it many times as we have requested additional things we want to do or see. Mavis has been exceptional in organising our tour that begins in January 2018. We have had to make some changes due to a death in the family. Her responses have been quick and efficient. If her organisation is anything to go by, the tour will be good.

All Expectations Surpassed
India Odyssey was there holding our hands every step of the way and that really made us feel comfortable. Also, our driver Anand Sharma went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was an excellent driver and completely high-class. He bent over backward to tend to our every need. We were very impressed by him!
We also loved Mark, our guide in Kathmandu. He was gentle and sweet and extremely helpful.

As I've stated on Facebook, she is one of the best agents I've ever had help with a custom trip..and that is saying a great deal as I was a previous agency owner and have have been an agent for 37 years.

Excellent choice for a tour of India
Although I am an experienced independent traveller, I could not have toured India without the planning and services of India Odyssey Tours. My consultant, Kyle Li, tailored a journey according to my preferences, based on a combination of two of their suggested itineraries. He was always courteous, helpful and prompt with his responses. The cost was only marginally more than that for a group tour with single room supplement, but was far more flexible. I was very well looked after, with a private car, transfers to/from my accommodation, and good standard hotels with breakfast. Everything was well organised. The only negative was inconsistent quality of guides for some attractions, but I know Odyssey is working on this. All guides were satisfactory, but some set a higher standard than others. Overall, I would totally recommend this company.
