Got a good deal on 3 roller banners for an exhibition, they even helped with getting my logo and photos placed nicely!
Emailed and called several times, I ordered an outdoor sign and never received it.
Awful, AWFUL, AWFUL company! I paid over £180 for a sign for our business and it’s completely rusted within one month of it being outside. It can’t cope with the slightest of wind and falls over. The inserts and posters have been ripped out and torn with the slightest bit of wind so I paid for weather resistant posters at a big expense and even these have been ripped out. I have signs from XL displays and they can cope with the wind and don’t have any issues with them at all. The customer service is beyond awful, the worst I’ve ever encountered and they say “why didn’t I report it when I first bought it” and that’s a “red flag”. Excuse me, if you’d read my email, you’d see that I’d tried weather resistant posters (cost £90 to produce) which took 2 weeks to be made and arrive, hence why I’m complaining now. If they don’t send a courier and refund me for this failure of an item, we’re going to take action against them.
My ordeal with Indigo Displays Limited, a UK-based company directed by Antoinette Marie Morgan and Marcus McCarthy, highlights a stark warning for anyone considering their services. What began as a simple order of 10 easels, valued at 400 pounds, spiraled into a distressing saga of negligence and poor customer service.
The crux of the issue lay in the company's failure to provide two critical tracking numbers for my order, essential for our local postal service's delivery process. Despite repeated attempts to contact them over six months, my requests were ignored. This lapse resulted in only one of three parcels being delivered, with the other two being returned to Indigo Displays due to the lack of provided tracking numbers.
To add to the frustration, Indigo Displays demanded a redelivery fee of 84 pounds, unjustly doubling the original delivery cost, even though they are now in possession of both the undelivered goods and my initial payment. Attempts to resolve this issue were met with indifference from Antoinette, who refused a refund on the grounds of a non-existent policy that was supposedly communicated at the time of purchase.
The company's customer service was abysmal, showing a blatant disregard for accountability and responsibility. They never admitted fault for the oversight of the tracking numbers, essentially sabotaging the delivery from the start. Our local postal service's written confirmation pinpoints the lack of tracking numbers as the reason for the parcels' return, highlighting Indigo Displays' culpability.
Driven to the brink, I've had to consider legal action against Indigo Displays Limited for what feels akin to theft. They've shown a profound disregard for ethical business practices and customer care.
This experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers of Indigo Displays Limited. The company's handling of this situation reflects a broader attitude of neglect and disrespect towards its clients. Future customers should be wary of engaging with a company that has demonstrated such a flagrant lack of integrity and professionalism. Avoid Indigo Displays Limited if you value your time, money, and the assurance of receiving your goods without unnecessary hassle.

Your delayed response from November when I requested the 2 x missing tracking numbers for the courier upon their request has caused this issue, it has nothing to do with customs. My review is legit, people should not buy from Indigo Displays Limited. All I am looking for is a refund for the products (7 x easels) that were not delivered to me and that are now in your warehouse in the UK.
Updated response 18/03/24 (second reply)
My order for 10 x easels was made on 04/10/23. Customs was paid on 09/10/23. Marcus sent us a tracking number for the order on 10/10/23. I emailed you on the 10th and 11th of October looking for delivery updates as we didn't receive our order. We contacted the local courier to find out where our order was and they apologised saying that it was likely a glitch on their system which we informed you of on 20/10/23, they then reissued customs notice, we paid and received only 3 of 10 x easels 24/11/23.
When I eventually got through to the local courier they confirmed in writing that the tracking number Marcus sent me correlates to 1 of 3 packages and asked me for 2 more tracking numbers this is when I contacted you on 06/12/23 to ask how the delivery was packaged as we had only received 3 x easels to which I received no response. I emailed you again on 08/12/23 requesting the 2 missing tracking numbers that our local courier service requested and received no response. We tried to phone you in between these dates and it rang out. I emailed you again on 09/01/24 requesting the 2 missing tracking numbers and received no response and tried calling again and no answer. We emailed Indigo again on the 28th Feb and no response and again on the 1st and 8th March. Then received an email from Indigo on 13/03/24 to say that the local courier had sent the 7 x missing easels back to you in the UK. The crux of this issue is that we were never going to receive this delivery of 10 x easels because of the way they were labeled and packaged and for not sending us 3 tracking numbers (Marcus only sent 1 tracking number on 10/10/23). You now have the missing 7 x easels back in your warehouse and the payment (worth 280 pounds for 7 easels). I want a refund for those 7 x easels.

Avoid at all costs , no money back , no returned calls, no goods delivered - nothing but broken promises
Fast and efficient. I had a couple of issues with the original order, but they were sorted out immediately .
very pleased
Bought this ipad display stand for a trade show with two extra shelves and it all arrived with fast delivery. No instruction to fit the shelves so had made the stand before realising I needed to take most of it apart to fit the shelves as they cannot be added on after, but as it all bolts together with screws and an allan key it was a simple task. It looks fantastic when made. Very sleek and modern and way better than a laptop out on a table. Very heavy so no one is going to walk away with your ipad too easy.
