All the ideas she gave us were excellent and have worked well. Brilliant service. The ideas were innovative but cost aware and practical at the same time. Really helpful and friendly approach.

Absolutely delighted with our new sofa. From start to finish, the service from Indigo has been outstanding. The salesperson in store was patient and had some great suggestions for which sofa would suit our space, as well as colours and cushions to accessorise. He advised it would be delivered between 6 and 8 weeks- it was delivered today after 7 weeks.
It looks stunning! Beautifully made, lovely material and so comfortabl! We are delighted.
The delivery guys were really friendly and we were kept informed throughout as to delivery times and could track our sofa en route, which was quite exciting! Obviously I need to get out more! They unwrapped the sofa and put it exactly where we wanted it, as well as tidying up all of the packaging.
Would definitely recommend Indigo and will be back for more beautiful pieces for our home.

Having moved into our new apartment we needed to refurbish. We visited Inigo several times and were delighted with the range and quality of the items we saw. We also arranged for their in-house designer (Karen) to visit us and advise on items/sizes and colour schemes. Following Karen's information we revisited Indigo and were much better placed to select the items we wanted,
We were also delighted with all the help and advice we received from the sales staff, who could not have done more. They were very friendly and professional.
We then sat back and waited for all our items to arrive, We decided for them all to be delivered at the same time. We cannot thank the delivery team of Andy, Sean, Craig and Liam for their excellent and careful work in building and fitting the items in situ. They were all cheerful, happy and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Overall we were delighted with the total experience and send our best wishes to all the staff involved.

After recently getting our home redesigned, we wanted some quality furniture and advice so went to our local Indigo. We'd visited Indigo several times prior to our purchases and loved the design/quality of the furniture and atmosphere of the place each time. After chatting with sales people and going through costs, we ordered an 8 person dining table, 4 chairs, a bench and 3 island stools. The whole after sales service was excellent throughout and the 2 men who came with the white gloves service to deliver / build the furniture were very professional and efficient. I'd highly recommend this company to all that visit and consider for their next purchases.
