I bought 2 rings a few months ago and…

I bought 2 rings a few months ago and they were exactly as pictured, so beautiful. Unfortunately one of the gems fell out of one of the rings so I contacted the support team to see if there was anything they could do (not at all expecting for them to replace it in the first place). I got in contact with Jake and he was amazing! He offered to replace the ring free of charge and was so lovely about the situation. The replacement has been confirmed and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this situation. Awesome team at Indigo Lune and beautiful products highly recommend!!

Super helpful with returns & beautiful jewellery!

I received a ring from Indigo Lune for my birthday that was too small, the team made it super easy for me to return and shipped out a new one in a different size! Shoutout to Chloe who I corresponded with to fix the problem, she was very helpful and responded quickly. Their jewellery is very beautiful, great designs and nice quality. Highly recommend!

Sharp rings

The rings I got are beautiful and shiney but very sharp and they cut my kid. No returns or refund available so I have expensive trash now. There was also a pretty large delivery fee once they arrived in Canada. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Order delays

I reached out to see what was going on with my custom order. The site advised that it can generally take 2 - 3 weeks however it has been almost a month and I haven’t received any tracking information. I reached out to their customer service team and spoke with Humera, and she was extremely apologetic and let me know that due to an extreme amount of orders there are additional delays. Humera let me know to reach out at any time if I have any further questions or problems. My issue hasn’t been resolved but great customer service goes a long way, and it’s wonderful to see this especially coming from a very passionate customer service background myself. Please keep up the brilliant work Humera!!

Awesome customer service

I had ordered a "best friend" ring with my birthstone and my besties. Unfortunately, my birthstone wasn't quite what I expected. I wrote to customer service and received such awesome support. The team worked with me to develop a ring my bestie would love and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. Chloe, Mia and Jake all responded quickly and kindly. What a great experience that could have gone very differently!

Fabulous customer service

I ordered matching bands for my best friend and I for our 40th birthdays and we love them. They did take longer than I expected since I didn't factor in the making of the bands. If you order just make sure it's well before the time you want to gift them. I had an issue with my purchase so I reached out to the company. Not only did I get a very quick reply, Jake provided excellent service to assist me. Would recommend and order again.

Excellent service and beautiful…

Excellent service and beautiful jewelry. I forgot to add my second best friend ring to my order or use the promotional code and contacted customer service to see if they could send me the second ring. Most companies would have required me to return the one ring I received, but Jake from customer service got back to me the next day and helped me order my second ring. Thank you , thank you, thank you.

Amazing!

Unfortunately, on one of the two rings I ordered one had a dent on the band. I emailed the company and they sent me a gift card to replace it. What really made this a great experience is Jake!! He responded right away and was very kind and understanding. Companies need more people like Jake!
