SCAM bought a cloak in march and didn’t receive any mails or updates on the parcel.

SCAM!! I purchased a cloak from them over 3 months ago. I have emailed them many times, no response. Money gone. Lesson learned. BEWARE!!

Taken my money in March. No delivery of item. Company now seems to not exist. Avoid like the plague

Scam scam scam. March 3 - multiple emails. No response. Wish I had checked here first.

Ordered cloak after seeing ad on TikTok. Waited a month and then chased. Told there had been a fire at the factory. Waited another month and now their website is not available.
Total scam.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.....
Tried to get my money back but my bank was unable to recover the funds.
On top of the initial purchase, INDIO apparently setup a monthly subscription to withdraw the same amount every month. I placed an order for 2 hoodies. AVOID this and shame on @Facebook for continuing to allow this ad on the platform

SCAAAAMMM!! They’ll take your money and ghost you! You’ll even receive scam emails that your package is on transit! Seller is sick! Stay safe everyone

If I could give zero stars I would, absolute scam. First time I fell for a tiktok shop ad and I have learnt now. Sent multiple emails to the shop and received zero response 🤬

ordered on 30 March
confirmation email that the goods are on their way on 1st April
now 8th May and despite numerous emails, nothing received and no communication from Indio at all, I feel totally Scammed by this experience

ordered on 27/3 , after 3 weeks I contacted and did recieve a generic email saying there were logistic issues so I gave them a week or so before contacting them again, I have tried 5 x and had no reply, and obviously still no products recieved . Site appears to have been taken down now, so am now going to try to get a chargeback from the bank. Feel a bit stupid as I usually do more research on the company before purchasing online, Hopefully the bank will reimburse . Do not order from these guys they are obviously a scam.

Compete scam. My Son ordered and never received. Weeks have gone by and no response. Will be lodging a case with the bank.

SCAM ALERT! I ordered with them six weeks ago and nothing has showed up. I have had no replied to emails from the company.

Total scam of a company. I ordered the weighted hoodie back in March and paid for express shipping. After a month it still hadn’t arrived. No replies to any emails sent and eventually had to do a chargeback on my debit card for goods not received. Avoid at all costs.

This company was promoting it's hooded cloaks on TikTok with an ad, "Fit to be a cozy wizard." I had seen a similar blanket cloak on another website, for a significantly higher price. I thought I'd give this company a shot instead since it was being advertised to me and it was on sale. Nothing looked out of the ordinary with the site. I put my order through for about $50 total and waited for it to be shipped. They sent out a shipping number but it doesn't amount to any shipping service. Weeks later and the item has not arrived. I went to check back on my order and seen the website had been completely wiped of products. I contacted the new and old email of the company and have not heard any response. While there is no option to buy anything from this brand anymore, I'm assuming because Shopify, their partner store had figured out it was a scam, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will be calling my card and putting a dispute on this charge. But this whole situation has been an absolute nightmare and disappointment. If I do not get my refund or hear back I will contact the attorney general and figure out next steps. This is not my first time dealing with scam websites, and it is very unfortunate that this comfortable blanket being advertised was fraudulent. I'm hoping everyone else leaving reviews can also get their money back without having to join a class action lawsuit. But DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a bag for my daughter 6 weeks ago. No bag, and customer support are giving me the run around. Scam artists.

yeahhh i’ve been emailing them fa almost two months now .. i hate that i feel like ive been scammed at the time i really just needed a blessing ..don’t buy anything from that site you will truly be disappointed and heartbroken

I ordered on March 11th, never got a tracking number. Contacted them March 31st and April 8th to ask for information and they never replied. I never received my purchase.
