Fergie at the Manhasset location was an absolute delight!! We were looking for a suit for our upcoming wedding and she made the process effortless. The fabric choices were gorgeous! Looking forward to many more custom suits from Indochine and working with Fergie in the future as well

good service to get custom-fit suits at a reasonable price. The showrooms have a wide variety of fabrics and colours for you to choose from, and the customization options are great for creating a unique fit.

Rob was fantastic to work with. Very thorough, explained everything, made sure everything was perfect. Was a great experience overall. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new suit try INDOCHINO.

It's a bit like flying Spirit Airlines--most of the time you get where you are going, but not always. Today I had a 3 pm appointment. I arrived at 2:55 and both salespeople were busy. I checked in and they said it will just be "a few minutes." They then ignored me for a half hour. I got up to check on my status, and they offered me a 4:00 pm appointment, which did not work for me. So, going there was a waste of time. Like Spirit Airlines, they don't honor their commitments.

Talk about bottom of the barrel. This company has been on a steady decline for the past 5 years. My local Indochino got rid of every employee that actually knew what they were doing. This new batch must have been poached from McDonald’s, they are immature, rude and have no idea what they are doing. Good luck if you dare step foot in Indochino.

Sara (with no h) and Isaiah were both incredibly helpful. Isaiah was very patient with my measurements, and Sara was very helpful in the process of finalizing the customizations. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a suit and vest for my wedding this year. Measuring and customization was easy and delivery was quick. Unfortunately quality and customer service is sub par. The seams on the suit pants started to open after only being worn 8 times. Contacted customer care and was told the products have no warranty and this will not be fixed by them. I will not buy again.

Pablo was fantastic and really helped pick out some quality suit and shirts for my brother's wedding. Looking forward to a sharp look.
