Fun and customizable! We just adapted our wagon for the snow with the snow glides!

The only thing better than the product is the customer service.
My son received an Infento kit for Christmas and immediately went to work building and rebuilding rides. He’s an ADHD kiddo that takes every toy apart and creates new inventions out of the pieces. The Infento kit seemed like a perfect fit, and it was! The pieces are well built and obviously suited to handle multiple rebuilds.
Unfortunately, one of the wheels broke fairly quickly. I reached out to support and asked for a replacement and they sent one at no charge - plus a WHOLE GIANT BOX of expansion pieces and extras! It looks like an entire upgraded kit!
I’m not a person that customarily writes reviews or recommends products, but these folks deserve a round of applause. If you have a deconstructor/creator kiddo on your hands, splurge on an Infento kit. Quality product, quality company.

Great quality parts that open up many creative possibilities. It’s a lot of fun to build and modify vehicles again and again.

Well, I just like the product itself. And you can create if have some spare time.
It is like a bit like - Lego.

The kit is very well made. Many seriously engineered parts to give a very flexible platform that can grow with the child. I like that you will have to take things apart to make a new version. It reminds me of our tree-forts when I was little. We just took them apart and made a new version. The 4 year old is already looking forward to being big enough for new versions.

poor after-sales service, a defective part received and no exchange from customer service, my email went unanswered

Shipping as planned. Billing was a little surprise since there was an "international funds exchange fee". A bit odd since the box looked to ship from Chicago, IL, US.
It would have been nice to have a bit of a detailed inventory list since this was a xmas gift a few weeks after the box was rec'd. Would have been a bummer if parts had been missing on the day of the gift.
AND last, and the best surprise, we have been able to build more than 1 thing at a time. BUT a little added creativity is needed ... that's part of the fun though!!

Good idea but our order for a Christmas gift stopped at Christmas when we where unwrapping and buiding it when we Discovered that a bag of missing parts was not there. We have been waiting for this bag ever since. That is not ok. And writing Them several mails without a clear respons on when they Will send it. It feels so exhausting and then it is to expensive toy and not a Great gift when its afterwards so difficult to get the missing parts and no discount at all for the inconvenience. Still havent got any info on when we Will get the bag 3 we are missing, but one little bit Will be send (another missing part) Its over 3 weeks now. I am tired

This stuff is so well made and cleverly designed, a joy to use with one's children and grandchildren, will last for years. Children love doing activities with their parents and this "toy" engages them and educates them then rewards them with the finished item. Over and over again. I put the word toy in quotation marks as it is beyond a toy, it is too well made to use that word for it.

We bought kits for each of our 3 grandsons - ages 5, 6, and 8. Each picked a different ride for their first build and each loved them! They couldn't wait to build them, then rode for hours. Very well engineered, beautifully packaged - everything is well thought out. Seem to be extremely durable. They take some time to build, but that's half the fun!

Terrible experience , ruined Christmas for my son as there were multiple missing parts.

Incomplete grey crate (3 wheels missing)
Wonder wheels free gift
Missing bags 101-108 (bolts)

Customer service has taken multiple days to respond to emails and refuse to call in order to quickly resolve. Meanwhile my son is without his Xmas gift

Great gift. Looks sturdy enough. Instruction are not perfect, screws are not marked properly, they are mixed in the bag.
But build quality is excellent. I can recommend it.
