THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME - THEY FAILED - READ ON. Like many on here this despicable so called company took 375 pounds from me in July 2025 for a pre order which did not arrive. Six weeks ago I used their website based help page to send a message requesting a refund. I received an automatic reply stating that they had a high volume of work and would get back to me - they never did. So, what did I do you ask? I spent the weekend sending relentless requests for a refund - by the 880th message I received my money back - I jammed up their email coms to such an extent they had to respond to me. They blocked one of my email addresses - so I simply used another one abd carried on. I explained in my emails that I have 3 options, Trading Standards, Small Claims Court and Debt Recovery Agency. I also said I would not get bored sending all the emails. The 5 star awards here are clear plants by company sympathisers or employees - they read more like sales pitches than reviews. Good luck to you all.

Pre ordered a item, after months of waiting after the release date I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. This is where it goes wrong, I've now sent 4 emails, only getting a reply twice saying that our staff are on the case, to which nothing has happened, no cancellations, no refund! How this company is allowed to trade is beyond me, I do order a lot of collectibles and deal with a lot of different companies but these are the worst, they have taken my money and so isn't that a crime?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered an item in November 2025 for a Christmas gift. Chased item a week or so before Christmas, and was told they were waiting for it from the manufacturer and would ship it ASAP. Chased again in January, no response. Further chaser in March. Need to now initiate a recharge via my bank. No communications, website still active, really poor.

I’ve been waiting almost a year to receive anything about my order which was a doom guy helmet and even if you try contacting them you are just gonna be waiting as long. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, I might as well just set fire to my money as I don’t think I’ll ever get anywhere with them, they are scammers. Stay away!

I've purchases a pre order item. 8 months later i still haven't got it. It's way past the date it was supposed to released. Support team have been contacted three times and all i get told is it's getting dispatched. But now i can't even find it on their website. Figures it's out of stock. But no communication, order update or refund issued.

Absolute scam of a company ,do not use ,completely non existent customer service ,put in a pre-order of an item over £1000 ,failed to send any communication through ,and eventually removed the item from the website without informing me of whether I was to even get the item or not ,so had to fight with paypal to get a refund after countless attempts with their customer service ,Absolute joke ,do not buy from them they are a scam !!!

It has been over 6 months and my order never arrived, everytime I emailed they said it was on the way but if I mentioned a refund they went radio silent.
Very upsetting.

I have not received my preordered item and the company is not responding to emails or the ‘ticket’ you have to log. In short they have stolen my daughter’s money. Do not order with them, absolutely appalling that they are still allowed to trade.

I ordered the Melinoe nendoroid yet even now it has not been shipped and with zero updates on it. Their support completely ignores you under the guise of being "busy" currently.

AVOID AT ALL COST . SCAMMERS Terrible scammers been waiting since 1st jan 2025 for you tooz call of duty juggernog and pack a punck. Sent numerous tickets asking for refund of £66.48 and to see what was happening but never get an answer. I have sent one final ticket today and I have collated all my evidence over the last 12 months then its all being sent to trading standards for them to investigate this terrible company.They advised me to try one last time. All I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK FOR THE GOODS I BOUGHT AND I NEVER RECEIVED AN UPDATE OR ANYTHING FROM YOU. SHOP NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. company House has details of owner and address if people need it.

1 star is too much. Ordered two items which were in stock August 2025, told it was delayed untill September 2025, since then my follow up emails have been ignored. No items, no contact, nothing. What a waste of money. AVOID!

AWFUL!!! I pre ordered an item in July 2025, due to be released in January 2026. It's now March, I haven't received my item, they have my money, they're not responding to my messages. My credit card company can't get the money back as it's been too long, and now the item isn't on the website so I think that's a certainty I'll never receive it. Thieving fraudsters, AVOID!!!

Excellent items at bargain prices, well packaged, speedy delivery, the free givvys are decent too. Highly recommended, oh and they are so entertaining to watch. Massive thumbs up!
