Scam. Ordered November 2025, tried to contact the support multiple times, no answer no order

I ordered a personalised keepsake bear and memory cushion made from my Grandad’s shirts, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them. The quality and attention to detail are absolutely beautiful, and you can tell so much care has gone into making them.

Seeing the fabric from his shirts turned into something we can keep forever is so special. When my family opened the keepsake bear and cushion, it brought tears to our eyes – such a meaningful and comforting memory to have.

Thank you so much for creating something so lovely that we will treasure forever. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a truly special memory keepsake. 🤍

Ordered an item on the 9th Jan. Got an email on the 18th of Jan to say that the package was on its way. When I used the Royal Mail tracking number it said that they were still waiting to receive the package. I emailed Infinity Collectables multiple times and submitted requests for help on their website but got absolutely zero response. They tell you they will get back to you if you request help but they never do!!

Very frustrating, as they just completely ignored me, and as they don't have an available phone number you can't call them. Complete scam, I had to go to my bank to get my money back. It's now the 15th March, and I still have not heard a peep from the company. Please do not buy from this company, they will take your money but there is no guarantee they will deliver!!

Pre-ordered an Elden Ring plush back in May last year, still have not received it. Multiple emails/made contact via social media/TikTok all communication ignored. They have stolen my money and not provided any goods. I have requested a refund and been ignored. Will now have to charge back via my bank. Disgusting company. AVOID!!!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with this service. I've placed two separate orders, and both times they have not been completed. The first order was delayed for weeks with minimal communication on what was happening, and I had to repeatedly reach out just to get any updates.

When I finally did hear back, they informed me that my order was still processing, with no estimated completion date. This was incredibly disappointing. After deciding to give them another chance, I placed a second order, hoping the first experience was a fluke. Unfortunately, I was met with the same lack of professionalism. My order never arrived, and despite several attempts to contact customer service, I received no helpful response.

It’s unacceptable to have two orders mishandled in a row. I won’t be using this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for reliability.

Made an order beginning of February, paid for faster delivery. Emailed them to chase order and absolutely no communication.
Do not buy from this company. Awful

Shocking customer service. I placed a pre-order for a Youtooz Laios plush and have chased them multiple times about the order to no avail whatsoever aside from one email which said it would be in stock around February. I keep trying to send emails their way to see what’s going on as the item has been completely removed from the website. Absolutely no communication from them whatsoever. Will never be ordering again from here.

They are probably scammers.

I ordered a product on february 16th (a flying delorean collectible), paid, and then received an email asking me to confirm that I received the item. The tracking number from DPD shows that they never picked up the item. I've sent over 6 emails to the company asking for an update, and they never responded. It has been almost a month and I never got any acknowledgement that they even received my messages. No phone is provided so that I can speak with someone
