Ordered a few things a few weeks ago. Still not shipped. When I emailed to inquire, they said that they were waiting for payment! I sent a visa receipt and the Shopify receipt. Then…no reply. I feel scammed.

This site is a scam/ripoff site. Ordered a sweater, took FAR longer than promised. When it arrived, super-cheap fabric, way smaller than the size. No shipping bill/receipt in the package. Tried to return, no customer service. Finally received an email days later, do NOT want to take it back so they can preserve their "environmental footprint". Days go by with me demanding a refund per their site policy, when emails finally arrive, more offers to give partial credits so can save the environment. B.S.! Still no resolution almost 2 weeks later. A COMPLETE SCAM SITE.

Ordered a couple shirts, and I received them. They don’t look as good as they did online so I asked to return them. They will only offer a partial refund even though I’m still within the 30 days period from when I received them. Don’t waste your money on this company. Infinityloyal.com is a ripoff!

Awful company that won’t accept returns. The shirts arrived and was nothing like the photo and was extremely poor quality. I tried to return them and they won’t let me do it. Avoid at all costs. It also took forever to arrive with very little communication.

Chinese junk! Doesn't match the picture! Terrible quality! Refuses to refund money and won't accept goods back!

I placed an order on April 13th, today is May 1st and my order still hasn’t even shipped. When I inquired, I got a response that they would look into it, now no response to last few status inquiries. I’m disappointed because I liked the merchandise on the site, but couldn’t risk ordering anything else with this type of inefficient shipping and customer service.

Very frustrating. Jacket is beautiful - warm and of good quality. But sizing is way too small.

This was my first experience with this vendor. Based on first photos, I thought the shirt looked good, but you never know.

I was completely impressed as soon as I opened the package. This shirt was heavy, solidly built, super smooth and dense. Definitely quality fabric.

The shirt fit me really well and looked good on. My wife immediately said I should be more (which I did). I'll absolutely look here again.

Worse company to deal,with if you have an issue. Shirts I ordered were suppose to be 2xl. But they were sized like a medium shirt. Emailed them and I said I wanted to return shirts. Person on phone said I had 14 days to return but web site said 30 days. So I called credit card company I contested charge and credit card company refunded charge.

So my advice dealing with this company is to contest charge on credit card. Company does not fight charges as they know they will lose.

The standard of goods I bought off this site are worst than anything off shien return and communication are shocking it has taken 24 emails over 3 months to get a result shoddy cheap goods and really bad customer service wouldn’t buy from them again don’t waste your money

Horrible! I bought some jeans from Infinity Loyal and what was sent to me doesn't even look anything like what I paid for! Way too big as well. I tried emailing and calling but nobody responds. I am stuck with jeans that look terrible! Waste of 70 dollars! This place is a scam and a huge rip off!

I've been trying to return my order for a refund because everything is too big and too long. The address is coming up invalid. I tried calling the number but it's a promotional pitch for Walmart gift cards.

I have been trying to return two items that were too loose for me. Each email to the support/contact email ID on their website comes back as NOT DELIVEARBLE. There is also a provision to register a request/complaint on their website but they don't respond even to that.

It now seems they don't care that I am stuck with items I can't use. I was thinking of ordering more stuff, but now.....

Be careful when ordering and check for sizes, because there is no way you will be able to return the items.

To their "kind" response that we will help you, I told them:

Received the wrong size shoes and no address or customer service to return them.

Never received my sweaters but was charged for them

I ordered a suit from Infinity Loyal and was very disappointed with the quality. Cheap fabric and the label in the jacket has been cut out. Definitely not the advertised image!

The sweaters are beautiful. They are soft. And thick. Bout not too thick.

All just garbage. How many reviews, emails, phone calls do I have to send? Just ask Sophia !!! Two phone calls, I can't count the number of emails sent with no response. Then another employee like you has the nerve to question me. READ MY EMAILS AND CONCLUDE BEFORE ACTUAL REBUTTALS COMMENCE 1

If you’re looking for a company with positive definite positive feedback we get back to it might take a couple days but they get back to you. Just watch what you buy. I’ll talk to them before you buy it. They have some really nice stuff and they really have some junkt And I hate to say it like that is the nicest people from very satisfied with everything I got except for the jackets that they made me because they were that bad but I’m gonna give them an A+. Don’t hesitate to give them a shot because they really do have some nice stuff. The Merlino shirts I bought from them were excellent sent them to the dry cleaners they come back even softer or a couple of sweaters from them beautiful jacket from them that I didn’t really like, but they told me to keep it and that was impressive to me because the jacket wasn’t cheap. It was it was nice, but just wasn’t my style, give these people shot a shot
