Worth a try
I’m 45 and have been using this product for just over 2 years and I really do noticed the benefits of stronger and longer hair and nails. I haven’t overly noticed the skin benefits quite as strongly but also expect changes to skin at this age, especially it’s firmness , but I do feel these may help to retain some plumpness overall. Time will tell :)

I guess you get what you pay for folks
I was taking Ingenious collagen (under its previous name) for quite some time. It was recommended to. me that it might help following a lengthy period of impaired mobility due to a ruptured disc in my lower back. It certainly seemed to help but it was sooo expensive. I resolved to switch to a much cheaper brand. Over the following weeks and months my back got increasingly worse and my hair started to thin. A coincidence? Perhaps, but I don't think so. I've just reactivated my Ingenious subscription and I wont complain about the price again.

I’m so disappointed
I am 74 and have been religiously taking Ingenious for about 9 months. It is so disappointing, considering the cost, that I really haven’t seen any difference. I still have an aggravating knee pain, a few wrinkles have appeared and skin not as moist. I will continue for now as I live in hope but all rather disappointing as a lot of money spent with no results. I have seen the recommendations given to others who are not seeing results but I eat an advocado and blueberries most days of the year. I also spend three months of the year in warmer climates but do keep out of the sun and always wear a hat.

I am sorry to hear this. Results vary between individuals, but we would always suggest that after 12 weeks you should be seeing a difference.
A factor which can delay visible results and is quite a common issue is a lack of vitamin D, most people are deficient, and a good vitamin D supplement can help accelerate results. Lack of zinc could also be a contributor, you can get this from your diet (avocados, blueberries for example). Both nutrients help with collagen lay down.

I found the tablets too big to take…
I found the tablets too big to take easily and there didn’t seem to be any noticeable benefit in taking them.
I expected more as they were relatively expensive to other products I have taken.
