I have been taking these for a year or…
I have been taking these for a year or more , my nails are still brittle and thought they would have helped my mobility. I am 73 but try to keep active, you suggested vitamin D and I got vitaminD3 but seen no difference. Any further advice .

Results do vary between individuals, we would suggest adding Magnesium and Zinc, does your Vitamin D include Vitamin K. You may already be taking calcium, if not may I suggest you include or increase your intake of broccoli.

Terrible stomach issues from product
I have tried many collagen supplements previously and believe in the benefits of collagen. This one does seem to help my skin but it really irritates my stomach. It creates a lot of acid pain and irritates my bowel. I’ve tried stopping and starting and cutting down the number of tablets but it is clear these do not agree at all with me. I shall stick to other brands like Skin Aid which have not given me issues.

I am sorry to hear that you have had this experience, it is quite unusual as we have GRAS certification which means we are generally recognised as safe and there are no known side effects or interactions with our product.
That is not to say that you may not have experienced a sensitivity reaction. We would suggest what you did, stopping and starting with one capsule and titrating up to the recommended dose. The other suggesting would be to take with a small amount of food, to see if this helps.

Fantastic product, so pleased
I have noticed a genuine improvement especially with my hair and not just me, people have commented. I’m super pleased and although expensive, I believe it is worth it. Im 52 so has given me a great confidence boost as my hair changed due to menopause

I am sorry to hear this. Results vary between individuals, but we would always suggest that it can take up to 12 weeks to see results. Something that can affect results is a lack of vitamin D, which is quite common, a good vitamin D supplement can help.

Hoping for changes in my skin
Would have scored 5 but this is the 3rd batch I am taking and they have an unpleasant fishy taste and smell. The previous batches had no smell or taste. I am over 60 and was not expecting miracles but I have yet to notice any change in my facial wrinkles however my hair does feel much thicker. I plan to continue taking this product as I was fully aware when commencing that it could take several months to see any changes in my skin due to my age.
