My work coach contracts me once in a while, and when I asked for a wellness support I didn't get any responses.
I called the head office so many times but still they didn't respond to me at all.
I am so disappointed with the support that I am getting.

My key Tom at old street branch have help me in so many way it’s unreal he has got me to a point where I now have my daughter back in my life and I’m in a full time 47 hour a week job what some people don’t under I am a ex offender came out of jail in December and I have now got my own place Tom you are one amazing key worker thank you for everything

My experience was excellent because Ingeus was concerned about the whole person - building on strengths and strengthening weaknesses - to help one find the right role. It was person-centred job finding at its best.

To secure a job, it's crucial to leverage the resources available at institutes like universities or career centers. They offer services like career counseling, resume building, interview preparation
My experience has been great because working with ingenue helped me regain a lot of my confidence as I got to work with new amazing people like my case worker Harjot.
