Poor service, unreliable Staff.

Awful 😣 Unhelpful, insincere and actually disrespectful when so many people are out of work and looking for opportunities when the staff at Ingeus are disengaged and cut-off from this reality in London! I would 100% say avoid them at all costs!

Amazing company really supportive will help with CV and getting into work. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get into work and appreciate the support

Not helpful at all searching for a job. Just searching in Indeed for about an hour and that was it. I was searching much better on my own from home.

Staff was helpful, very nice, I didn’t get what I really wanted, the job a get wasn’t what I expected but it is a job , but the staff was really nice

They have massively helped me I am disabled and want to work I know the governments pushing for more hours but I can’t do it, so they helped me get into a job, have been there every step of the way CV building, meetings to help my anxiety before I even looked for work, giving me advice on what should be in place at work to help me etc. Kerry is amazing so is everyone else but the ones I have had I’ve had a few helpers and they have all gone above and beyond to help! It’s more like a supportive friend than a support into work feeling!
