Wonderful communication with getting a print and it's a good price for the product! On top of that, another print was accidentally sent in and the experience of getting the original one I paid for sent was just amazing and the customer service representative, Adam was very kind and communicative :))

I gave it a star because I couldn’t gave 0. Terribly disappointed I just think this is scammy “ business ” more than 100 dollars spent and after more than 10 days delayed they don’t wanna cancel and refund. And the package is not even in the way still. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I placed an order at the end of November and had to wait a little while for the delivery.

The communication was very smooth. Every time I sent an email, I received a quick response.

I placed my order from Belgium, but the prints were shipped from the United Kingdom, which meant I had to pay taxes and customs duties.

I raised this issue, and they fully covered these costs. They also offered extra prints and a partial refund.

Eventually, our artwork arrived, and it is absolutely beautiful. The quality is truly excellent.

I greatly appreciate the clear and correct communication and the effort they made to ensure everything was resolved properly.

The fact that they covered the additional costs themselves is a very kind gesture and must have been quite an expense for them as well.

SPENT 95€, WAIT 16 DAYS AND STILL NOT SHIPPED, CUSTMOER SERVICE ANSWER 1 EVERY 2 EMAILS IN A GENERAL WAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AND NOT TELLING YOU TIMINGS.
YOU CANT'T WRITE 2-6 SHIPPING DAYS AND THEN TELL EVERYONE YOU HAVE A HARD PERIOD AND MAKE IT IN 30 DAYS.

I wanted to leave a review to say how truly blown away I am by the level of customer service I have received from Inka Arthouse.
I had an issue with an order before Christmas which the owner Jarrah took ownership of and resolved quickly and efficiently.
Honestly, I have never experienced customer service like this!
The framed picture when it arrived was such high quality for a phenomenal price and my daughter was thrilled with her Christmas gift.
We were away over the last ten days however when we got home had emails from Jarrah checking in to make sure we were happy with everything, he has gone above and beyond.
The quality of the artwork received and the level of customer service means we will absolutely use Inka Arthouse again and would highly recommend them.

The art took 9 weeks to arrive to Vancouver, Canada. For the price (approx $150 per print with frame), these quality feels low. Like others have mentioned, the glass is very cheap so has a horrible reflection which means you can barely see the image itself. If you are going to order from them, make sure to purchase the more expensive glass. The only upside was nice customer service and they do have a nice selection of prints. They need to improve delivery and quality of materials though.

I recently had dealings with Melbourne branch of Inka Arthouse regarding a scam on my bank account that had used this business's credentials.
After making contact i was surprised at how helpfull the staff were, it was a pleasure the way the staff assisted my endeavour to sort out my problem.
Friendly and helpfull would be an understatement in regard to the assistance given.

Highly recommend just for the customer service. Made an order in bed during probably a flu delirious moment. Realised straight away my mistake and I couldn’t believe that I got a quick response and they rectified my order straight away with the refund. Haven’t got my prints as yet but looking forward to reviewing them too.

It is Perspex, not glass. Packaging was left at bottom of stairs on the street, appalling delivery. Returns are at cost of customer. Not worth the price

Brilliant range of prints to choose from. I ordered a smaller print and loved it so much I wanted a bigger one. I spoke with the team, specifically a lovely member of staff called Sandy and they were so helpful and quick in their response to my emails to organise a return. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be buying from this site again.

I ordered 6 prints. I needed to exchange one of them and customer service was very helpful. They got the replacement out to me in under a week.

I recently purchased two pieces of art from Inca Art House, and I’ve been absolutely amazed by both the customer service and the quality of the prints.
