I order a toner for my printer on the…
I order a toner for my printer on the 18/2-2023, money was redraw from my account 20/02-2023. Didn't hear anything regarding tracking of my parcel and it was DAO who should deliver and is normally really fast to deliver.
I sent a mail to inkeurope.eu on the 21/02-2023 and ask why I haven't got any info on my parcel and why they have already redraw the money. There answer on the 22/02-2023 was that DAO was slow, but I will get it one of the coming days. The same evening DAO sent me a tracking number that shows it was just created and I got my parcel the next morning.
Don't blame other companies for your wrong handling of a customer order, but be true to yourself and your customer and admit your failure.
