The customer care is exceptional, Gareth has excellent knowledge and went out of his way to figure out an issue I was having with my printer, I was sure the printer was broken and actually went to a repair person to get it looked at it, they also thought it was broken but Gareth figured out the small issue that was the problem and it is now working again.👏 I would highly recommend inksdirect for their professionalism and fantastic customer care, also their ink is exceptional value in comparison to other companies ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent experience and highly recommend. And this company is Irish and ships directly from Athlone. I couldn't be more impressed. I called their number with an ink question and got straight through to a lovely man who not only helped me but as a goodwill gesture then knocked off shipping. My order arrived less than a day later safe and secure with DPD. I've inserted the cartridges and I'm off and printing. You have a customer for life here (and I've told my friends and family). As I said I'm delighted with the level of service, prices and that the cartridges work as they should. Well done!
