Run don’t walk!
First of all, Inno Supps products are fantastic! They actually work! And trust me I have tried several products from other brands. I have used Inno Supps GLP-1 for women which is great. But my favorite is Inno Supp Cleanse. Let me tell you I have had horrible digestive issues for a long time. Tried everything from diet, water, supplements, you name it. Came across this lovely product and now I am regular!! (If you catch my drift) lol Seriously I am able to “go” everyday even under high stress, not so great food choices. I am hooked! I have it on automatic delivery so it just keeps coming and I just keep going. Haha! It’s not harsh on my stomach and it doesn’t interfere with any other medications or supplements. Sure it might be a little bit expensive but I guarantee it works.
And plus also, the customer service is outstanding! I had a lost package and not only did they reply quickly, they were very kind and patient and helped me out to order another one. Super job y’all! Keep it up!

Excellent customer service! Due to my own error, I was charged for an order that I intended to cancel (subscription), but I didn't do it in time. I contacted customer support via the chat widget (from the "my orders" page) and within a few minutes, my order was cancelled and a refund was issued. The representative was quick, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I am relieved that this was resolved, as it was due to my own mistake.

Two identical transactions were generated during Boxing Day when my screen froze during checkout. I clearly did not intend to place two orders within seconds of each other—if I wanted two sets, I would have added two quantities in a single order. I contacted the seller and asked for a prepaid return label, but they refused and insisted that return shipping would be at my expense. As a Canadian customer, this would also mean paying customs fees again. The situation was handled rigidly and unfairly. I tried the products and honestly found nothing exceptional compared to similar products available on Amazon, without the exorbitant shipping fees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your order history, we can confirm that two separate transactions were placed and processed at different times. Both confirmation emails were sent immediately after each checkout to notify you of the individual orders submitted through our site.
Unfortunately, we were only contacted after both orders had already been delivered. At that point, the only available option was to proceed with a return in line with our standard return policy, which requires customers to cover return shipping costs.
Had we been notified shortly after the duplicate order was placed, we may have been able to cancel one before fulfillment, but by the time we heard from you, that window had closed.
If you'd still like to return one of the orders, we’re happy to assist with that process. If you need any additional support with anything else, we're always happy to help as well.

I'm a healthy Zumba instructor and I was taking them for extra boost unfortunately I had to cancel my class because of the pain and headache that Inno shredz gave me .
The Volcarn [the samples usually work but when you buy the big bottle somehow it's not working and they use alot of media marketing to make you think their products supplments are working] if you see and positive review trust me it's from their own company or some individuals who get paid to advertise for them.

Do not buy from Canada. The duties will negate any savings from sales and then some. Product is just okay and doesn’t justify the price plus tax shipping and duties.
The marketing is shifty and I wish I used my gut and didn’t complete the order. You have to click
Past like 5 or 6 upselling screens and “no thanks” is at the very bottom in small font on all of them.
There is several special sales and offers emailed or texted to you but none of them will actually work because it’s very specific circumstances.
Overall very terrible company. I reviewed on their website but you can tell only 5* bot reviews get left up.

Regarding the special offers you mentioned, these appear after checkout and are completely optional. They’re simply additional promotions available in case customers want to add items at a discounted rate.

SCAM company using a scam Shipping Company
BEWARE: Their "special offers" post checkout will be charged to your credit card fraudulently on Shop app without ever making it to the final shopping cart checkout. They stole 700$+ dollars from me, said items were shipped but tracking has shown Undelivered for a month now. They use a useless and scammy shipping company named Ontrac what has no phone number and will not respond to online communication requests and emails. Inno Supps refuses to refund and says it's because their shipping company doesn't show tracking that says 'Returned to Sender." Tracking has shown pending since 10/22 and it is now 11/18. Inno Supps also has no phone number and customer service refuses to help. They are even fighting a credit card chargeback as if their fraudulent order was delivered. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars on things like this and very web savvy. Inno Supps is the most trouble and scammy seller I have ever dealt with as I am in total disbelief they will not refund my money. Here is the Ontrac tracking,l #, see for yourself: 1LSD8LP000FJNRF.

The charges you mentioned were not fraudulent. They came from the post-checkout special offers that appear immediately after placing an order. When those offers are accepted, they are added to the same order and processed using the same Shop Pay payment method used at checkout.
Regarding your shipment, we’ve been in contact with OnTrac and can confirm that the package has now been returned to the sender. The carrier originally requested additional information from you in order to complete delivery, and because that information wasn’t received in time, the package was returned.
Since there is an open chargeback, the bank places the transaction under review and prevents us from issuing a refund or making any changes to the order until the dispute is resolved. Once the bank completes its review, we’ll be able to issue the refund on our end.
