the best deal! I was thinking some of the extra accessories may of been copies as price was too good to be true! long as was the actual ordo sonic toothbrush the extra to value add could been a copy it was all genuine packaged ordo stuff!
it arrived and it's even better than was expecting it's all genuine ordo products.

all the stuff cheaper than the shops sell the single toothbrush for! purchased 2 X electric toothbrush brush bundles - price already was great then extra 30% off at check out for summer sall I got 2 ordo travel bundles with delivery - all that for cheaper then shops sell 1 of the ordo sonic electric toothbrush & a charging travel case for.

Bought a dressing gown which was overpriced. Fabric is a cheap synthetic fleece which doesn’t breath. Disappointing purchase.

Ordered some items for my Mother who has Dementia and can no longer shop for clothes etc. Website says within Sydney it's 1-3 days for delivery. I'm in Eastern Subs of Sydney and note the warehouse is only in Frenchs Forest. So far it's been a week and nothing. My order still states processing (not packed or on the way). When I call or email I get a robot. Any other discount shopping site you get prompt confirmation and delivery within the promised time. Still waiting..
Innovations is more like Frustrations!! Mum will probably die before I get the parcel. A real disappointment!

When I received the catalogue with 70% off I straight away rang innovations but no answer and went to recording message I rang almost everyday and also sent an email but no answer then I keep ringing until today March 17 and someone answered but when I placed an order it was all sold out so frustrating and I think that was their intention not to answer because it was a big discount and probably they don't sell it on a cheaper price and once the sale date is finished then will have the items available on their catalogue with a full price I will never order from them anymore and told the lady who answered my call to cancell sending me their catalogue

I purchased 2 pairs of the Advanced Premium Titanium Shaping Shorts size XL following your guidelines for the size
They have arrived but they are too small for me which is disappointing
I had also sent an email a few days ago asking if I should wear them during the day or at night, also how do I wash the shorts?
Please could you help me with this matter?

Innovations is an Australian mail order company that has been around for some years. I find their products good and have been ordering for some years. Was not happy with one product and returned for refund.

1 star as you can not award 0.
Order received as requested, however they also send a cheap poor quality felt Christmas tree that I originally thought was a free gift.
I was then horrified to find I had been charged for this as they insisted I ordered even though it was not on my order invoice. The worst was yet to come when they had set up a monthly direct debit to my account that 6 weeks later they have still not commented on, luckily I noticed and cancelled through my bank.
Deal with them at your peril !

Never ever would I order again. Almost 2 weeks since ordered and still not here and there are no tracking details. I am very, very upset and the customer service agent hung up on me. When I called back they stated it "might" be here by Friday. If it isnt a refund won't be immediate and I have no present for my sisters 60th birthday.

Purchased a Moskito Pro absolute rubbish, it was a return that they re sent out it was scratched and was obviously 2nd hand and I paid £39.95 for emailed them no reply! Do not buy from this Company

Use this company at your peril, we ordered an article and cancelled approximately 2 hours later .
They still took our money and have refused any contract which we have mailed 5 times .
Zero stars would be more appropriate

I'd advise you to avoid shopping with this firm, if anything goes wrong they are seemingly impossible to talk to.

An elderly friend wanted to buy 1 watch. He received 5 watches instead. We followed the routine for returning them but weeks later had no refund and we are having no help from the company.

I emailed support and got a reply the first time round, I did what was asked, which was send the 5 watches back, pay for postage as well and send support a photo of the watches and then the parcel and the tracking number. I did all of this and had no reply. It is disgusting that my friend who is 86 has now been scammed out of £174.

I emailed support again last week, they replied almost immediately, asked me to send the order number etc, which I did and I have had no reply since.

Reading the reviews on here, it looks like a few people have had problems.
I would like to know why it is so difficult to refund money and why this company think it is ok to scam elderly people! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

The greatest scammers they sent a so called smartwatch which does not work when I complained they said they had sent another one another lie Lea who ever she is it never arrived no refund even though I paid with PayPal which surprises me thought PayPal were safe. Do not touch Innovation shopping scammers.

Do not buy from this Company. They are based in China. UK Customer Protections do not apply. Even buying via a Credit Card does not help. They play complainants along until they give up. My search for a refund for faulty products is now 3 months old. Sites like this should be removed from the WWW.

Is this website, Shop Innovations? Is your company distributer called Nymbus, LLC? Cause if so, I would like to cancel my subscription please.

I rang about a refund I was told my customer service that I would not get the refund until the order is complete I said that I did not think that was fair. I have to wait 2 months before I get the refund. I tried to get the refund innovations will not give me the money back until the order is complete. I don't if I am going if I am going to order anything else it's put me of ordering. It's a lot of money to lose. Someone said I may not get the refund back I have had good service from innovations until now My Order number is PA5636871 and yes I did order from innovations I also spoke to someone from innovations saying about the refund I have kept a copy of the email with the order number

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with - every time we ring they lie and tell a different story.
Weazel their way out of what they say, contradict themselves. Lead you to believe they are a NZ company - call centre in the Philippines, ships out of Australia but have a NZ 0800 number.
Ordered something in stock, says 2 business days to ship. Here we are nearly 20 days later and a different story every time ya ring them. Guaranteed delivery for Christmas but of course these guys are Liars!! DO NOT TRUST or purchase anything from them.
Buyer beware

Bought a tracker watch, waited about 9 days for it to arrive, can’t get it to work and their requirements before they will agree to refund are onerous. I haven’t given up yet, but it’s all designed to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund for faulty goods or simple those proving to be unsuitable and within the legal limit to return on- line purchases.
