One of the smart bulbs I bought stopped working within the warranty period. I contacted Innr and spoke with Ajay. He quickly validated my request and sent a replacement bulb.
I was happily surprised with the speed and efficiency of their customer care. Many thanks Ajay!

Last september (2020), i purchased a pack of 4 GU10 dimmable, tuneable white lights for the bathroom- INNR RS229 T-4.
Last week (july 21) one failed in so much as i lost the ability to communicate with it. After an email with INNR, they are sending me a replacement. I must say though, they do get hot and i expected LED bulbs to last longer than 10 months although it is NOT the LEDS that have failed, it's the ZigBee unit. If the others start to fail in the next few months i shall report so on here.
I have given 4 stars because i am happy with the bulbs and this faulty one could just be a duff as even with a 0.01% failure rate, some will be faulty and i am happy with the customer service. But i cannot find out what warranty the bulbs have.
UPDATE: 27/7/21. a replacement bulb has arrived. It is tested and working although it was not new. I know this because i had to reset it to factory defaults and it was not in a box, just a loose bulb. Still, it works and INNR were good to their word. In light of this i have upped my star review to 5*

I bought outdoor 2 INNR cable lights. One failed after 8 months and the customer service department were great at helping diagnose and send out a replacement part. Great communication and great service!
Bought in December 2019 6 innr lights - duopack Colour, duopack comfort white and duopack comfort white e14. All of them have died over the course of 3 months. First the colour ones died, just simply didn't turn on anymore. Then the comfort white ones died and now comfort white E14 died.
None of them were intensely used, and they were used along side Philips Hue lights which are still going, but by now all innr lights have been replace, luckily within warranty. 3 stars for quality, one might expect them to last a lot longer.
Excellent product, well made and reliable, and really good value. Customer service was extremely good also, wouldn't hesitate to recommend both company and product.

Dark dimming not possible.
Generally I like the Innr Bulbs. The brightness is very good, as well the colours. Only negative point is, that it can not be dimmed to a very dark level.

Absolute superb support that is. My Inner smart bulb E27 failed unfortunately after 1 year and 10 days but the support team (Ajay), send me a new bulb without any questions or hassle. I love the inner bulbs 😍
I've got about 18 bulbs fitted (E27 and GU10 fittings), I must admit it's quite expensive but it's worth the money. Eventually I'll change all bulbs in my house after saving a bit more money 😅
Big respect to the Innr team 🙏 keep the service up like this (it's beyond my expectations) and I wish all other manufacturers could copy you guys. Really appreciate your help (Ajay)

I wrote Innr Support some weeks ago because of a defective system that I just couldn't seem to find anywhere anymore - turns out because it's out of production.
What followed was simply one of the best customer services I ever experienced! Innr and Ajay in particular went out of their way to provide me with spare parts that got my old system working again in no time. Such a nice experience, you guys set the bar pretty high!

I would like to confirm my utmost satisfaction with my purchase of Innr light bulbs. Upon receiving my order, I immediately installed them. Unfortunately, 1 of the 4 bulbs didn't work. I immediately contacted Innr support (Ajay) who rectified the problem very quickly & efficiently. Great product & service.

Fantastic people to deal with. The vintage bulbs are gorgeous, but I was having issues with them disconnecting. I spoke to support who told me that theoretically you can have up to 50 devices on a single bridge, but that it starts getting flakey after about 30 and the type of issue I was having is what you see with an overloaded bridge...I had 48 devices!
So I bought another bridge and have set that all up, the support was excellent and they are really quick at responding!
Can't praise them enough!

I bought two Innr candle bulbs and two "normal" bayonet cap bulbs via Amazon.co.uk One of the candle was defective. I contacted Innr via Amazon's support and they promptly dispatched a replacement for the faulty bulb. Their support rep was supportive and courteous. The bulbs are excellent. I had no trouble connecting them to my Hue Bridge (2.0) and they work seemlessly alongside my existing Hue bulbs.

I recently purchased 2 of the colour changing bulbs and one went faulty after about a month. (It happens). I contacted Innr and they were really good and got me a replacement delivered within a couple of days. Customer service was really good.

The company offers really good smart bulbs for a quite low price. So I bought some instead of Philips Hue - but one of them was broken after a short time of usage (might be the case with any bulb).
So I contacted the Innr support - they answered quickly, very friendly, and offered to send two bulbs as a replacement straight away. I was really happy to be satisfied without any big hazzle. And the replacement arrived just 3 days after.
That's what I call great service. Thank you so much!
