Initially left a very poor review having spent £80 on 8 bulbs only for two to blow within a matter of hours. Innrs customer service team responded to my query within a few hours and within 48 hours I had my replacement bulbs without quibble! A bad start but they redeemed themselves superbly. Ajay who dealt with my query was brilliant too!

I've had nothing but the best experience with Innr. The customer service has been fantastic and the products worked exactly as expected and integrated seamlessly with my existing Hue setup.
Soon after purchase, my bulb began to turn off shortly after being turned on. After some troubleshooting, I contacted customer service who were more than happy to help. A new bulb was shortly on the way and Innr covered the shipping for the return of the old bulb.
I have since purchased additional bulbs from the company and will continue to do so in the future!

Our home is filled with Hue bulbs and we wanted something in the kitchen that would work with the hue ecosystem at a more reasonable price. After finding out about Innr back in 2018, I purchased a set of 4 GU10 bulbs and a bayonet colour bulb.
All of the bulbs have worked great! I love the vibrancy of the colour bulb and the warm tone of the GU10s.
After some time, however, one of the GU10 bulbs failed to communicate with our Philips hub so contacted Innr to see if they could help.
I was incredibly impressed by the service offered by Ajay from the Innr Servicedesk. He was very prompt with his replies and when a replacement was deemed the solution he ensured I received it in a timely fashion. In my case, the replacement was with me within 3 days of my first email!
Customer service like this is what keeps customers coming back for more, and I’ll be sure to purchase more Innr bulbs in the future when needed!

I have been using innr light bulbs for a while now, due to their quality/lower prices. Recently one of the bulbs failed with just a few months of usage and the costumer service was great. They were fast, kind, uncomplicated and able to send me a new bulb in no time.

Although one of my innr lamps failed, the products are great value for money and perform well. Referring to the aforementioned faulty product, failed after 4 months use. I contacted innr described the issue and the repeated attempts to reset and they replaced the lamp immediately free of charge. A brilliant customer experience from purchase to aftercare.

Excellent products that have bolstered my home lighting solutions in a much more cost effective way that Hue alone. Easy to use and great quality.
Also huge shoutout to their support - I contacted them about a failed power supply for a strip light I bought over two years ago. I had enquired about buying a new one (as I was unable to locate) and without a second thought, they sent me a replacement one in the post. Now that's customer service!

I like the products, attractive price and easy to integrate into existing smart home systems and/or ather brand Zigbee sytems (e.g. Philipps Hue). I also had an execellent customer service experience. My 4 GU-10 Color Spots stopped working all of a sudden and the factory reset procedure did not revive them. I wrote to support and got a hassle free replacement within a few days.

Running 4 smart plugs 120 for more than a year. No problems at all. Then one plug stopped working. Emailed Innr support. Got a replacement plug within 2 work days without any hassle.

No idea what the product is like as it hasn't arrived yet.
I have already received 2 emails, the first asking me to post a review, the second reminding me to post a review.
Both emails in Dutch which is strange as the order was placed in English and delivery to an address in the UK.
At the moment, the persistence of the emails wanting a review is somewhat putting me off any dealings with Innr.

Got a pack of 3 of Amazon, 2 bulbs connected with my Philips hue no bother. 1 refused. So I emailed them direct and got a replacement bulb issue 2 days later. Great customer service and a great product !

Very satisfied with Innr using their LED strips paired with my Hue system. After two years one of the LED strips was having a little error.
With my first notice to the Innr service desk I’ve received a reply within a few hours and a replacement control have been sent free of cost that solved the problem right away.

The support is really fast and helpful, the product is also very good.
I ordered 3 color smarts bulbs from Amazon and one of them was not able to connect to the smart hub I have. I contacted support, they answered in less than a day, asked for details and sent me a new bulb as a replacement right away. I sent the bad one back and I got a refund for the parcel fee. The new bulb was working correctly.
I like the product too. The color smart bulb has a wide range of dimming, color temperature and can be thousands of color varieties. It works quite well with my Zigbee Hub (Hubitat).

I am impressed with the excellent support from innr. After a short analysis of the problem and a test, a replacement was suggested immediately. The replacement arrived 2 days later and everything works again without any problems.

We had 8 GU10 bulbs installed which were working well on a HUE system until last week both HUE and INNR bulbs stopped responding.
I contacted the customer service dept of INNR and had an immediate email describing how to re-instate the bulbs. Once followed the bulbs are once more working well
