Great service
The assistants in the store were really helpful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We only went in for walking boots for my husband - and ended up buying a pair for me as well. Would definitely recommend going to the store for the help and advice - will return in the future (the 1 hr 45 min journey was worthwhile)

Helpful, patient and not al all pushy
The lady in the Bakewell shop was extremely patient over two visits as I tried and re-tried different sizes. I have difficult feet due to an old injury so we'll see how the boots do.

Roclite™ Mid GTX Mens. Good boots.
The sales lady in the Bakewell shop was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Brought the Roclite™ Mid GTX Mens online at the same discounted price and delivery was very quick.
The boots are comfortable from the start, no walking-in needed. Three days in the Lake District the boots performed well. Comfortable, grippy, waterproof, easy to adjust the lacing.
I would recommend.

Bespoke outdoor sports shop
A lovely little store in the heart of Bakewell.
I’d had purchased some trainers online a few years ago, so coming across this shop on route to Stoke was a must visit.
Came away with some similar foot wear to what I’d previously had, two tone colour wise which I’m very pleased with and a handy rucksack.

Chris was great!
Bought some very comfortable trail runners - was looked after from start to finish. Got some great advice from an expert and also some life hacks for lacing up. Will definitely be going back.
