No delivery!!!very confusing…

No delivery!!!very confusing messages.This is the first time I've used this so called delivery locker service.I would not use them again!!!My experience as been a negative one with In Post,unreliable & unprofessional.

A terrible campaign, and the customer service is very bad. The product I bought on eBay was delivered by Yodel because I wasn’t at home—and by the way, that’s also a terrible company. Then eBay apparently worked with InPost. They took my package and put it in a locker. To collect it, they say “enter a PIN” or “scan the QR code.” I scanned it—the PIN was wrong, the QR code didn’t work. Then it said “come back later and scan again.” I went again and scanned it. Since I had already scanned it once, it said I had scanned too many times. I tried again—still wrong. It’s all nonsense.

I don’t recommend InPost or Yodel to anyone, at all. It’s a complete waste of time. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t help, they just don’t care. So when buying from eBay, everyone should be careful—don’t choose Yodel or InPost, seriously. It’s a huge headache. They still haven’t delivered my product—it’s been two weeks.

Absolute nightmare.

Absolute nightmare.
I am losing my patience with this company. There is no accountability just platitudes. Everytime I ring, I’m constantly told the parcel will be there tomorrow - it never is. I’ve sent parcels and one took over a month to be delivered. I’ve made a formal complaint, that’s not even acknowledged. Just ignored. Word is getting around on vinted - probably one of their biggest customer bases that they’re wholly unreliable. I will be removing them as an option on my Vinted account because it is nothing but hassle. Communication is inadequate. Parcel updates are inaccurate and misleading.

Excellent!

Please can someone tell Royal Fail that waiting Weeks or Post and parcels is unacceptable when you have a system like in Post that is this efficient!

Parcel left outside on path

Parcel left outside on path, partially behind a plant pot but visible from the street, in front of house .The courier recorded this as "left in safe place",which it is not!
Other couriers are available.
We have found Evri to be regularly safe reliable and honest.

I would give this company no stars if I…

I would give this company no stars if I could, I sent a bundle of clothes with inpost and when they arrived the bags was open and most of the clothes missing and even worse than that it was out in a different bag to the one I sent them in, don’t use this means of sending items unless you want you stuff to go missing and when you try to complain they are just not bothered I think it’s disgusting that you cannot trust your items will get to your buyer. Customer service is diabolical don’t use this company I will never use again

Used InPost many times.

Used InPost many times and been very pleased with the service at a good price.
Never had a problem before, however this time the item had been damaged in transit, looked like the package had been roughly handled, or dropped.Filled in InPosts online form on the same day as delivery to report, filled all sections in, provided photographs of damage and external dent in packaging.
Heard nothing back from them, went back to customer service online chat and explained I'd had nothing back from them, the reply online was to say that the tracking showed it was delivered - no other comments - at this point I gave up.............

Mixed service. Needs human intervention

I sent 3 parcels via this service. Convenient until something goes wrong. The first 2 were delivered on time. The 3rd one was sent to a Cost Cutter for collection. For some reason they sent it to Gatwick after it was not collected within 48 hours. It is now circulating around England (conflicting reports from app tracker and AI Agent on telephone). I am now advised it will be returned to me on 31 December. I sent on 8 December. I have asked on 3 e mails to send directly to intended recipient but the automated 'computer says no' AI bot says this is not possible.Christmas deadline missed, parcel delayed after several delays. Disappointing.

Dreadful

Dreadful always packed or say it isn’t you make the journey then days there’s no lockers! Waste of money , energy time , would not use out of choice

Paid for some corduroy trousers on 27th…

Paid for some corduroy trousers on 27th October, no tracking after 28th October, tried to get a refund have to wait 25 business days plus another 2 days before I apply for refund. pay buyers fee to insure the parcel, pay for post and pay for item, it all adds up, but no parcel. I will never use in post or Vinted again.

In Post Lose Parcels

What a total sham! Posted shoes I’d sold on Vinted on 2/9/25 from Grimsby to Manchester, and they’ve still not arrived and it’s 15/09/25. No help whatsoever. I’m totally out of pocket, no money & no shoes. Never use InPost or Vinted again. Somebody on the inside must be a thief.
