Too long to receive the parcel

It took too long to receive the parcel. After more than a week waiting for it I was even informed it was lost. Finally it arrived but the box was pretty damage. The merchandise was no damage I must say, but it took 2 weeks. Too long.

Excellent service …

I was thoroughly impressed with the expediency of the shipping. The item arrived much sooner than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. This level of service significantly enhances the overall customer experience. It is truly commendable when a business prioritizes efficient logistics. I would highly recommend this service based on my positive interaction.

Oh my God..

Oh my God... what a chaos ! The delivery was suffering a delay, which happens and is ok if the tracking would mention it, but of course it didn't. From 23rd April - 29th April no updates in the tracking so I called the seller, and send emails, absolutely unnecessarily. Then the pack arrived the day after but I received the notification that it arrived ... at 2 different places. Of course it was delivered at a different delivery point that I initially chose. I chose Point A when I ordered and it was delivered at Point B. It's a very small town, so it shouldn't have been a disaster but when I googled the place it mentioned closing at 20h00, and it closes at 18h00... InPost should mention the opening hours of their delivery points, especially considering the fact that they changed the conditions of the delivery without even asking the consentment of the customer or even notifying them. Normally a customer in that case could be entitled to receive a discount...
