Overall good experience. One thing i could think would benefit from improvement is the clarity and design of the popup window for non Spanish customers.
They deliver very quick with secure pincodes. They also notify you of your parcel with clear instructions.

I specifically picked a pick up point for trust, and they delivered it a different place withoutany contact. Needless to say the package was damaged, half open, I can only hope noone tempered with the product.
